Football manager Brian Rice, who narrowly escaped a Qatari jail over £65K gambling debts in 2013, has revealed that he still has gambling issues

Do you aye?

Once again he pleads for support which has been forthcoming from his current club Hamilton Accies and former one St Mirren as well as in a bunch of fake news articles in the odious Daily Record

Current St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin believes that: "First and foremost all our sympathies and support go out to Brian. Fair play to him for coming forward and speaking out in the manner he has"

Which would be fine except for one point neatly ignored by all...
... we have been very reliably informed by a trusted source that bookmakers got Rice to fix matches to pay off his gambling debts

So, not "fair play" at all but proprietary matchfixing influenced by bookies ██████████

We are still undertaking analytics of the global markets around Hamilton Accies matches this season but to date fully 50% of their games in the SPFL have been fixed

Where is the SFA in all this?
Still burying the realities exposed by Charlotte Fakes?
What does the SFA Compliance Officer actually do?

Hamilton CEO Colin McGowan gushes: "Brian's courage today could be a seminal moment for Scottish football"

Will it aye?

Perhaps it would help if the competitions weren't called the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership, the William Hill Scottish Cup and the SPFL Betfred Cup, while Hampden Park is also sponsoredby William Hill

Is there any part of Scottish football not under bookmaker control?

When David Moyes held his first press conference after being announced as the new manager of West Ham United, he bolstered his shoddy CV with a robust "I win"

Did you aye?

In his last four posts at West Ham United (x2), Sunderland and Real Sociedad, Moyes has the following record - Played 122 Won 31 Drawn 33 Lost 58

Over a 38 game season, that equates to a points tally of 39 points - hardly a winner (and these totals include FA Cup, League Cup and Copa del Rey matches against lower league opposition)

Or, look at Manchester United managers post-Ferguson
Their respective points per game ratio are as follows:

Mourinho 1.97
Van Gaal 1.82
Giggs 1.75
Moyes 1.75
Solskjaer 1.69

Moyes is only still in the game as he is performative to the profits of a private operation

Great to see Eni Aluko has been rewarded for her fake allegations against former England Lionesses manager Mark Sampson

First a Guardian media position and now coach at Aston Villa Women

This whole affair shows the Guardian up for what it really is - a media platform utilised by mafia entities to influence the architecture of the British game

Aluko is simply a comedian with poor timing

She hopes that her manipulations will "help other women into leading roles"

I-Security Document: 20 Years of the Infamous Wu Shu Hackers – Threat Actor Research

The Infamous Wu Shu Hackers (IWSH) are an active cyber espionage cellular network that has been very aggressive and successful in recent years. The network’s activities demonstrate that global espionage relating to football is the group’s primary motive, and not financial gain. Its main targets are bookmakers, football agents, matchfixing consortia, football clubs, politicians and news media.

We are able to trace IWSH actions as far back as 2010 but there are substantial evidences that the network was established in the mid-1990’s. We have shared several detailed analyses of IWSH in recent years and this new paper attempts to dissect the network’s attacks and methodologies to help governments and the relevant business sectors perceive a more comprehensive up-to-date view of IWSH’s processes and tactics.

Under normal circumstances, we would share (on a consultative level) defence strategies against IWSH but, in our view, there are none. These are not normal circumstances.

The IWSH are becoming increasingly relevant particularly as they have begun to undertake more than simple football espionage activities. In 2016, the IWSH hacked into several senior figures in the Conservative government (leading to the withdrawal from politics of one individual) and one individual in the House of Lords, and sought to utilise the information so gained to force through the establishment of a government-based entity to address corruption in British football. Moreover, IWSH claim to have evidence that there exists a mafia state orchestrating corruption and matchfixing on behalf of a global array of governments, institutions, businesses, football clubs and private individuals. The impact of these malicious activities are now being felt by various governments, enterprises and businesses globally. Even citizens of different countries might be affected as the IWSH tries to manipulate people’s opinions about corruption in football. The attacks by the IWSH might even serve as an example for other entities, who might copy tactics and repurpose them for their proprietary aims.

As we have attempted to monitor IWSH’s operations since 2010, we can perceive how the network has evolved into a 5th Estate media organisation, manipulating events and public opinion via the collection and dissemination of information gained by hacking. Some events e.g. █████ and █████ Affairs and ‘Football Leaks’ (the former suggestive of systemic matchfixing in the English Premier League and the latter allegedly proving that the exposures of a media group were based on mafia turf wars) have been covered extensively. The network’s cyber propaganda methods – using electronic means to change public opinion – create issues on an array of levels. The eruption of fake news in 2017 may in part be attributed to repetitive information leaks and manipulations by malicious actors. Mainstream media sources in Britain have confirmed that the IWSH offered exclusive snippets of high-impact hacks, presumably to alter public perceptions of British football.

In this document, we seek an overview of the IWSH and explore the variety of attacks being propagated (although it is critical to add that the cellular nature of this network makes a complete analysis impossible). The IWSH are known for sophisticated phishing activities, zero days, false flag operations and for trespassing on prohibited ground and leaving without any trace – they seek information not power nor financial gain.

Centrally, the IWSH – also known as Football is Fixed, La Brigade de la Surete, ANTI, Campanile Analytics and Synonymous – remain a driven cyber espionage network. Hackers co-ordinate multiple attacks with various methods from secured nodes on the same target to achieve their aims. Whereas most hacking entities phish for financial gain, the IWSH would seem to have no interest in monetising their activities – their initial slogan from 1995 describes the purpose as “to save football from the mafia”.

The IWSH leak sections of their stolen information online but, perhaps surprisingly, would appear to withhold some key breaches. We assume that this is a defensive tactic against any future legal actions that might be brought against the network. We do not know for certain how much knowledge resides in this network. In this manner (and in this manner only), IWSH are similar to the Fancy Bears' Hacking Team who revealed doping by US and UK athletes in the Brazil Olympics and co-ordinated systemic doping by the Team Sky Cycling body. The IWSH is not, in our opinion, linked to any one government.

The IWSH have released documents relating to the ‘Charlotte Fakes’ Twitter account detailing collusion between the Scottish FA and █████, alleged ‘mafia state’ activities producing matchfixing in the Premier League, the alleged control of the England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland national teams by a cartel of football agents as well as other disclosures outlined elsewhere in this document. The IWSH claim to stand for “anti-corruption, fair play and clean sport”, however, in reality, they released private information that was, in effect, stolen. These activities markedly weaken the institutions governing football and are having considerable impacts on betting turnover, television subscriptions and attendances at matches.

In 2016, ‘Football Leaks’ information was released on the ‘Synonymous’ blog. We were able to intercept documents Synonymous released to servers in Greece, Romania and Moldova which revealed that ‘Football Leaks’ had physically stolen documents from football clubs in Spain, Portugal, France and the Netherlands and that the campaign against manipulations and Third Party Player Ownership (TPO) linked to the █████ agency was orchestrated by a group of British football agents who also utilise TPO and who were commercially at war with █████. The IWSH could have given this information to the Portuguese police but, for reasons that remain unclear, chose not to do so.

Two national newspapers shared with us evidence that clearly link the IWSH to Synonymous.

Between 2009 and 2017, one particular firm of football agents █████  (who wish to remain anonymous) were repeatedly hacked by the IWSH. Stolen information was published by the ‘Football is Fixed’ and ‘Synonymous’ websites. No individual ever claims responsibility nor the fame that is usually attached to such activities. The IWSH were able to access password-protected parts of the █████  site via credential phishing campaigns. The IWSH attack both free and corporate webmails, they have gained access to private betting accounts of individuals they claim are involved in insider trading on football matches that have been allegedly fixed – they claim to “open markets” in the same manner that Wikileaks “opens governments”.

There have been numerous occasions where the IWSH use media to publicise their attacks in order to influence public opinion. Influential British newspaper the █████ confirmed that they were offered exclusive access to alleged corruptions over player selection for the England national team and considerable evidence about the fixing of a Premier League match between Fulham and Wigan Athletic in October 2009. This ‘evidence’ included phone hacking.

In our view, we suspect that the successful hacks undertaken by the IWSH of which we are aware are but a mere fraction of the full extent of the network’s activities. Even when we are able to detect intrusions, they have frequently been active for considerable periods prior to detection and often have been terminated as a source of further information by the network. Of particular concern is the hacking of private market activities. One of our clients has been made aware that the IWSH have full details of every bet that has been placed since February 2009 – the IWSH claim that this proves matchfixing but the group’s activities are criminal in that they invade the privacy of this client.

In the Spring of 2016, the IWSH launched phishing warfare against certain senior members of the British government in coincidence with a parallel phishing campaign against two European free webmail providers. It is not known whether IWSH were successful or not but knowledge shared with a doubled operator by the group suggests that some vital information was gathered and the network publicly proclaimed that “systemic corruptions orchestrated by the Deep State (sic) in relation to the Premier League triumph of █████ has yielded £24 billion profit for a global syndicate in one season”. No further evidences have been released yet but, in some instances, the IWSH will wait a decade or more to release information to the media (as shown by the group’s recent releases relating to █████ from 1995).

The IWSH never doctor the information that they publicise and we are not able to find any evidence that the group benefits in the betting markets from insider trading information that they steal. The authenticity of all leaked data is robustly verified. By publishing carefully selected undoctored information, threat actors are more effective in influencing public opinion in a manner that aligns with their mission statement.

Phishing is a valuable weapon in espionage campaigns. Professional hackers create ingenious social engineering tactics and avoid spam filters and any security installed on the target systems. Huge amounts of valuable data can be stolen via phishing and such campaigns frequently provide a foundation for future warfare. The IWSH has utilised phishing to silently gather data over long time windows and to use such penetration to delve further into the network of the victim organisation e.g. by sending emails from stolen identities.

It is very likely that, throughout his tenure as England manager, the email accounts of █████ were compromised and that other actors were impacted by association.

The IWSH has co-ordinated several long running campaigns against particular high profile entities via the hacking of free international webmail providers, minor webmail bodies in fringe territories and proprietary internal systems – we know of no other methods that might have revealed to the network the scores of aliases used by one particular football agent. IWSH have a full house. We have attempted to detect patterns in the activities of IWSH particularly with regard to the timing of attacks but the network would appear to be generating attacks using random number generators buried deep in their highly developed global network. At other times, IWSH will always react to particular news events in football claiming to offset the ‘fake’ mainstream media news with ‘reality’ claiming that all mainstream output is ‘hyperreal’.

Most bodies allow members and employees to read emails away from the office, enhancing business efficiency but introducing significant risks. Such webmail may be hacked in numerous manners. The IWSH use phishing lures that are indistinguishable from the websites being mimicked. The IWSH have also been known to target tabnabbing prompts to re-enter personal passwords, the abuse of Open Authentication standards, two-factor authentication via secondary phishing, VPN hacking and, in our estimation, only hidden security keys and biometric data offset these modes of attack. Unfortunately, phishing is but one tool in the IWSH armoury.

Another method that we know the IWSH utilise is the compromising of mail servers to direct to a server in another territory (in the case of IWSH, Tiraspol in Transnistria). These hacks are very obvious and quickly corrected but serve to demonstrate the mockery that seems to underpin all hacking groups. While this type of attack is simple in nature, the outcomes can be devastating as Clifford Stoll showed in his book “The Cuckoo’s Egg”. Further complications are added with this type of attack as phone hacking is often perpetrated in parallel.

The IWSH appear to curtail their activities around the movable date of Chinese New Year. We can only surmise that either the IWSH are linked to South East Asian entities or that the market structures relating to matchfixing change in this window. Of course, it might also be the case that the network simply alters strategy at these periods. We cannot know with any certainty. The group are also significantly less active in the football close season but, again, it may be that IWSH shift their focus to the summer leagues of Scandinavia and, most likely, Ireland.

Recently, we have found some evidence that the IWSH have turned to spear-phishing campaigns against lower level figures in target organisations. Emails are received about key news or current events directly associated with the business of the organisation directly mimicking headlines from BBC, █████, Der Spiegel and many others. While it is easy to block such attacks against high profile individuals, weaknesses lower down the hierarchy are exploited by IWSH. One of the British government targets was however spear-phished after being caught off guard.

The IWSH is extremely careful with how they infect their targets. Initially, the exploit URLs are specific to each victim, each with ‘code’ that is unique to that target. Invasive JavaScript code then uploads information to the exploit server. Depending on the target, the exploit server will return an old exploit, a zero day or a social engineering temptation. The key input here for IWSH is the maintenance of the zero day and the avoidance of detection. Even after detection, waves of malicious activity might result from just-patched Flash zero day and open Windows privilege escalation vulnerability. The IWSH frequently infect with a lower grade of malware to determine whether the target is worthy of further investigation prior to hitting valuable targets with X-Tunnel or X-Agent or proprietary IWSH constructs beyond the limits of our current detection. The war strategy is to control as many of the nodes of the target network as possible.

So-called watering hole attacks are also a part of the IWSH armoury. Sites are compromised that IWSH suspect will be visited by their target (particularly betting companies). In one case, IWSH injected a Browser Exploitation Framework exploit onto █████ and this attack proved to be highly successful – there was a whole toolkit of exploits unleashed. There are parallels here with IWSH tabnabbing behaviours.

Perhaps surprisingly, the IWSH have only rarely used zero days. We do not know why.

Like all hacking groups, the IWSH exhibits preferences for certain webhosting providers and this has allowed us to spot some attacks swiftly but the network always appear one step ahead with an exponentially increasing network of IP addresses being used, many activated remotely via impenetrable nodes.

Although IWSH uses the infrastructure of well-developed territories e.g. Britain, Romania and Australia, the intelligence services are known to have struggled to break random number generated encryption and transport layer security. Some success was achieved in December 2016 via the hacking of several phones used by the network but each device became a discarded burner within hours. But the IWSH evidently does not care that intelligence services might be exposed via the identities of targeted individuals.

At this point we need to address the unknown unknowns. We have only managed to infiltrate one member of the IWSH, Ojo del Toro. This actor is aware of our interest and this makes it difficult to determine how much of the output that is disclosed to us is real and how much is internal IWSH strategy. We have not been able to find any of the ‘offices’ that the network utilise in Britain, Greece, Romania, Australia or Transnistria. We achieved a certain amount of success via weaknesses in the Bucharest node but we cannot be sure that what we have gained is exactly what the IWSH wished for us to gain. We know that del Toro has existed in cellular networks throughout his adult life (he is 60 years old) and we are also aware from open communications between del Toro and one of his legal representatives that saving football from the mafia is not the primary strategy of the network. We are in the territory of doubled and trebled games here and we suggest that state actors explore these areas. We repeatedly find ourselves unable to confirm the exact infection chains with IWSH and we frequently feel that we are being led by the nose up cul-de-sacs where del Toro wishes us to be.

Whereas some hacker groups demand publicity of the individuals involved, the IWSH regards itself as a security network – we can only hazard a guess at the total number of operatives in the network, for example. For most cyber networks at least some nicknames are determined from hacking sites and conferences, but not so with the IWSH. The identities of the individual IWSH actors are extremely well protected. There may indeed be some breaches that are linked to IWSH but are never so attributed – football espionage is a growth sector due to the sheer volume of the betting markets on major games. We suspect that IWSH uses Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to further layer disguises on their operation as well as seeking out webhosting providers that allow heightened levels of privacy for clients. We suspect that IWSH pay a premium for such anonymity. But, beyond this, just a couple of proxy nodes markedly increase security for hacking groups and the IWSH is probably using many more than two nodes.

In the period since 2010, certain intelligence services have taken a keen interest in the IWSH - issues relating to espionage must be addressed at higher political levels than the police. Actors like IWSH benefit from the lack of co-operation between different security and enforcement agencies and time delays so created are exploited by nimble operators like IWSH. Normal cybercriminals avoid publicity and suspend operations if detected whereas IWSH don’t even break stride – it is almost as if they gain energy from being detected. Some have even projected that such detections are part of the deeper IWSH strategy.

Protecting yourself against an aggressive attacker like IWSH is a major challenge. They are able to run campaigns over decades and the lack of focus on making any profit from their activities shields them from prying eyes. Furthermore, del Toro is a market analyst and exports market trading tactics to IWSH strategy – so just as historical information is only of value fractally in assessing a current and/or future market price, historical attack strategies are rarely repeated as the IWSH develop unique strategies for each and every new campaign, sometimes even delaying such campaigns until a robust strategy has been energised. Operational security is evidently more critical thinking than critical timing.

The majority of the campaigns undertaken by the IWSH would be of interest to intelligence services globally. Investigations by police have led nowhere as espionage can only be addressed at state level as communications between different law enforcement bodies are rarely optimal. And the IWSH repeatedly push hard against the surfaces and boundaries that the state has attempted to set.

Where the IWSH differ from many hacking entities is in their utilisation of WiFi Penetration Tools (PTs). Although some of these packages are top down and malicious to ensnare gullible hackers, IWSH appear to be able to counterfeit the code and re-energise as a proprietary tool. The key aspect of PTs is that  by hacking WiFi connections with AirSnort, Aircrack, Kismet, Cain and Abel, CommView and WireShark, the IWSH are able to crack keys and decrypt, undertake network detection (including hidden networks) as well as password and packet sniffing. In particular, Cain and Abel allows IWSH to recover passwords by sniffing the network, cracking encryption passwords using brute-force, plus cryptoanalysis attacks, dictionary and other more obtuse (and unknown) tactics. Cain and Abel might also recover wireless network keys by analysing routing protocols.

Although outside the remit of this report, we should also bring your attention to a structural weakness exploited repeatedly by IWSH. Most of their targets are geographically on the move throughout their lives and the architectural weaknesses in infrastructure within certain territories allow hackers to enter domains more easily. Everybody needs to address this issue, which we will cover in a future consultancy.

And do not even consider that the maintenance of a network air gap will keep you safe.

Another tactic that has revealed much to IWSH is the employment of shotgun microphones at live sporting events. We have seen evidences that IWSH have recorded communications between referees and their junior officials and, more pertinently, with the Premier League Match Centre (which was not even supposed to exist at the time of the attacks). More alarmingly, these microphones have been aimed at Directors’ Boxes and VIP enclosures with outcomes that can only be guessed at.

In conclusion, the IWSH claim to utilise Divine Skein in their attacks – these attacks are coordinated from multiple loci and successful defence must be absolute as these hackers only need one attack to succeed to achieve full intrusion. Even when protected by minimising attack surfaces, creating corporate VPN, limiting number of domain names, two-step registration, careful vetting of outsourced services and educating people in security at all levels in the hierarchy, any failure, weakness, loophole will be exploited ruthlessly.

English Football is currently reeling from the impacts of the Stevens inquiry into the bung culture, the standard and ethics of referees and the revelation that Victor Chandler International allegedly took bets from some Premiership Managers and Players. The words “tip” and “iceberg” spring to mind.
I have traded professionally on global football betting markets for the past 15 years. In my experience, all the brokers, market makers and bookmakers that I have traded with take bets from insiders in the game. It is regarded as buying information. Undoubtedly, some of this exchange of information borders on the corrupt. The recent betting scandal in Germany and the uproar in Italy’s Serie A show that this isn’t merely a British problem.
Asian Market Makers regularly accept bets of greater than £1million without blinking (Gianluigi Buffon – the Juventus goalkeeper – was found with betting slips for several million euros in his possession during the Moggiopoli scandal). Inevitably, the liquidity of the Asian markets persuades some football people to enhance their earning capacities. To my knowledge, such individuals include players, managers, referees, bookmakers, agents and the criminal fringe. It isn’t just the Italian mafia centres of Napoli, Palermo and Reggio di Calabria that are actively involved in football markets!
To date, all attempts to clean up the game have been peripheral. In Germany, some selective sweeping under the carpet and wrist slapping went on in response to the referee Robert Hoyzer admitting that he took money to alter football match outcomes. But, I believe that there are other match officials in the Bundesliga who were merely demoted or, indeed, allowed to continue to officiate. In Italy, in the aftermath of calciocaos, two referees were suspended but the other six that were under investigation are still involved in Serie A.
Although there are many corrupt players, it is the match officials who are the key component of this crisis. Some have links to individual clubs, some to bookmakers and some to the underworld. There are also many honest people in the game who are just trying to do their jobs. However, until football cleans up its act, corruption will persist. Falling attendances in Italy and England are partially related to deficiencies in the sport on offer. Although the prawn sandwich brigade remain oblivious to anything, the true fans know when they are being short changed. The recent assertion by Graeme Souness that British football is “the most honest in Europe” is simply laughable.
Tessa Jowell, the Minister for Culture, is aiming to make Britain a clean and well regulated gambling environment. I fully support her and her Department’s efforts but such efforts must extend beyond the protection of the vulnerable and the targeting of company directors with criminal links.
The football authorities also need to take a lead in this area and not just in the betting arena. In the lead up to the last World Cup, there was a real concern within FIFA that Uzbekistan were going to make it to the finals. This would have been politically unacceptable. In the first leg of the Asian Play Off with Bahrain, the Uzbeks won 1-0 and had a penalty denied them by the Japanese official. FIFA ludicrously ordered the game to be replayed and a 1-1 draw resulted. Bahrain won through in the Second Leg on away goals – the official for that second game (obviously by chance in the light of recent occurrences) was a certain Mr Graham Poll!

On October 16th, Daphne Caruana Galizia was murdered as a result of her investigative journalism revealing that Malta had evolved into a mafia state https://daphnecaruanagalizia.com/.

Known as the "one-woman Wikileaks", Caruana Galizia had tirelessly exposed corruption on the crime island for three decades, and she continued her work after receiving the first threats on her life in 1996. Two weeks prior to her death, Caruana Galizia had filed a complaint to police after receiving further threats to her safety.

Daphne was that most-feared creature of our contemporary world of corruption, a solitary decider.

Her final blog entry read: "There are crooks everywhere you look now. The situation is desperate."

Her death changes everything.
Her life was not for nothing.

There are currently three primary leads in the investigation into the assassination of Caruana Galizia:

* Her final investigative project addressed a diesel smuggling operation between Libya and Italy orchestrated by Sicilian mafia. By personnel and evidence, this illicit trade is linked to former Maltese international footballer Darren Debono.

* A cigarette smuggling cartel based in Cyprus and Malta linked to senior Maltese politicians and businessmen that leaves many unanswered questions.

* The  'Ndrangheta had a number of their betting licenses revoked in Malta after Caruana Galizia's exposure of the infiltration of  the Maltese gambling sector by Italian mafia.

Both the Sicilian mafia and the 'Ndrangheta are known for exhibiting their cowardice via massive car bombings - think Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino in the former and see recent Maltese history for the latter.

In this post we are specifically going to focus on the third of these options as members of our extended network worked on the meta-analysis of bookmaker-based corruption in Malta.
However, it should be noted that numerous politicians, businessmen, mafia operatives, tax evaders and money launderers wanted this whistleblower dead and some threads of our narrative will expose such individuals for the financial terrorists that they are.

Daphne Caruana Galizia was one of the lead journalists analysing the Panama Papers which revealed extensive offshore tax evasion by our global elite at just one offshore operation Mossack Fonseca. Among those exposed were numerous senior figures in Maltese business and politics including prime minister Joseph Muscat, his chief of staff Keith Schembri and former health and energy minister Konrad Mizzi. For example, Muscat's wife is the beneficial owner of a company in Panama and large sums of money were moved between there and the Aliyev proto-fascist state of Azerbaijan while senior members of the Labour Party had money hidden through a web of companies in Panama and trusts in New Zealand.
Caruana Galizia's final blog post focused on Schembri and the former leader of the opposition Simon Busuttil.

These leaders are responsible for the development of these gruesome conditions.

Sueddeutsche Zeitung: "Multinational companies are passing on profits to their Maltese subsidiaries, which then pretend to be doing business on the island. But in fact, all they do there is pay less tax ('letterbox companies'). According to calculations by the newspaper Malta Today, those European member states in which the profits were really generated lose 3.5 to 4 billion euros a year in taxes because of this system... Unconditional discretion and sedated bureaucracy: that is what protects the very special holiday paradises like Malta."

Malign and criminal interests have turned Malta into a mafia state...
... a mafia state tax haven within the EU.
It is a strange state of affairs when the EU offers subsidies to a member state which deprives other member states of tax revenues.
Much Italian mafia activity relating to money laundering has been exported to the island in recent years following numerous crackdowns by the authorities in Italy. There have been 15 mafia style assassinations and car bombings in the last decade prior to Caruana Galizia's murder.

The Maltese government has offered a one million euro reward and full protection for anybody with information regarding this murder although why any sane human being would trust the words of these state charlatans is another matter entirely. Matthew Caruana Galizia (one of Daphne's three sons) doesn't trust the police to properly investigate her death stating "... there has been a takedown of the rule of law here. There has been a capture of the state by corrupt and criminal corporations. The institutions do not work. There is a climate of impunity." Another son Paul adds that "if the government doesn't want to be investigated, it won't be investigated." The family have called for the resignations of the Prime Minister, the Senior Police Commissioner and the Attorney General.

Julian Assange and David Thake have also set up rewards for information leading to a conviction.

Island locations have become the crime centres of choice for global mafia networks and corruption merchants. Whether it is bookmakers in Singapore, Gibraltar, Isle of Man etc, or tax evasion in Jersey, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Isles etc, or the development of mafia client states in Cyprus and Malta etc, the island with its defined boundaries geographically, legally and financially is the ideal locus.

Aside from the heinous nature of this crime, Caruana Galizia's death should also serve as a warning to what is happening in numerous other EU countries where mafia are influencing the state.
In Sicily, Nino di Matteo has unearthed collusion between the Cosa Nostra and deep levels of the Italian state and, as a consequence, is under armed protection 24/7 as Tito Riina has announced a death sentence from the safety of his jail cell. Meanwhile Roberto Saviano, who spent a decade investigating Italian mafia, claims that the UK is the most corrupt country in the world. According to Saviano, the financial services industry in the City of London facilitates the system that backs up this claim and Football is Fixed's evidences of Deep State influenced systemic corruption in British football shares exactly the same template of corruption as that in the Square Mile of misery.

The mafia never kills non-mafiosi just for vendetta. There is always another aim - to eliminate a person who has discovered something that must not be discovered. When a mafia infects a state, it is still the state that orders the murders. But the mafia, above all, is an entity that wishes to exhibit power in place of the state.

A quote that we have utilised before from Sicilian magistrate Nino di Matteo sums up the situation: "We live in a mafia state - a state that, in order to preserve the status quo, has to remove whistleblowers who want justice. We want to know the reason for the silence of the mainstream media - why are they frightened to the degree they become accomplices in (and beneficiaries of) the corruption? We must rebel against this system and this mafia method."

Malta has a population of 437,000 (smaller than the city of Stoke) and yet has over 500 betting operations housed on the island. The betting sector is worth 1.2 billion euros and represents 12% of GDP. Malta was the first country in Europe to ease the entry process for online gambling firms in 2004. According to Europol, the 'Ndrangheta uses this online betting hub for large scale money laundering related to their domination of the global cocaine trade (the 'Ndrangheta makes an estimated 26.4 billion euros from cocaine annually).
Caruana Galizia: "Money launderers are being forced out of Italy's gaming market because regulation there has become so tight in the fight against organised crime."

In June 2017, as a result of research by Caruana Galizia, 1128Bet had their license suspended due to Italian mafia infiltration.
Previously, several members of the 'Ndrangheta were arrested in Malta in 2015 and extradited to Italy because they were caught laundering money through remote gaming companies.
Betuniq and BetSolution4U had their licenses suspended on July 22nd 2015 having been undertaking money laundering in Malta for four years. But these suspensions were only due to the actions of Italian police and not any Maltese authority. Two billion euros of assets were seized from the 'Ndrangheta.
In transcripts of telephone conversations between two Camorra clans, Bastian Dalli (the criminal brother of former Malta Cabinet Minister and European Commissioner John Dalli) is described as "the brother of the Maltese Prime Minister" and is named as the Camorra contact for Malta - "he is the one you should contact to set up a gaming company in Malta for money laundering purposes". In Italy, 1500 betting shops, 82 online gambling sites, 60 other companies and quantities of real estate were seized as evidence of this mafia-led tax evasion.
John Dalli's henchman Iosif Galea, a former employee of the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (a precursor to the Malta Gaming Authority) was the key official for BetSolutions4U. When this scandal broke he left the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) for a comfortable position within government.
A regulator was responsible for the corruption rather than working against it.

In November 2009, Italian police were closing in on Bet1128 in the UK. This company was owned by ParadiseBet. The family of Vito Martiradonna, who was convicted of being affiliated to Sacra Corona Unita in 2007, had hidden assets by taking advantage of Malta's lax online gambling regulations. ParadiseBet successfully sold 1128Bet and 11 other assets to Malta-based CenturionBet for 10 million pounds - a figure that does not appear anywhere in ParadiseBet's accounts. Michele Martiradonna was the main shareholder in ParadiseBet and the sale of the assets left nothing in the UK for the police to seize (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04191516/officers).

Research by the Organised Crime and Corruption Research Project (OCCRP) showed that the Martiradonna family were linked to CenturionBet (and other related betting companies operating from the same Maltese address). CenturionBet's ownership moved repeatedly between different British Virgin Isles companies with the stated beneficial owner being Antonio Buontempo (a former employee of ParadiseBet).
In the summer of 2017, the licenses of CenturionBet and 1128Bet were finally suspended by the entirely inadequate MGA. Operation 'Jonny', an Italian anti-mafia sting carried out in May 2017, linked CenturionBet to the 'Ndrangheta who earned 1.3 million pounds over 18 months after the betting company allowed access to its systems to Kroton Games (another 'Ndrangheta company) who successfully laundered huge amounts of money via the structure.
Bet1128 were a rogue company from their formation in 2008 and the strategy from day one was money laundering and the refusal to honour winning wagers by punters (https://www.sportsbookreview.com/search/?q=bet1128 and https://www.sbo.net/scam-sportsbooks/bet1128-paradise-bet/).

The laissez faire approach of the MGA has attracted all the usual major European betting firms to the island including Ladbrokes and Betfair. A SIGMA (Summit in I-Gaming in Malta) press release in 2014 gushed over the "... strategic confluence of financial, legal, technological and cultural factors which successive administrations moulded over the years, and which ultimately tipped the odds in favour of gaming companies deciding to locate here [in Malta]".
_________________________________________________________________________________

Time to focus a little bit more on Keith Schembri, the chief of staff to PM Joseph Muscat. Schembri's remote gaming interests allowed him to channel gaming profits into secret companies in tax havens.

In April 2016, the Australian Financial Review focused on Schembri's links with gaming companies (as well as his involvement in Camorra and Cosa Nostra-backed recycling and waste management in India and Dubai - a favoured money laundering structure). Schembri completed a full house by the benefits he gained from 'Ndrangheta control of betting on the island.

A chief of staff in any government should not engage in business interests at all let alone interests linked to all three primary Italian mafia entities.

Daphne Caruana Galizia's exposure of Schembri was backed up by the Financial Investigation and Analysis Unit (FIAU), a Maltese government agency, which as a result of this support was left without a director for seven months hence halting all money laundering investigations against senior members of both the main political parties on the island. Under its previous director, Manfred Galdes, the FIAU had closely investigated Schembri and his secret offshore dealings in the British Virgin Isles, Gibraltar, Cyprus and Panama, and bank accounts in other territories. The illicit trusts were used, among other things, to launder money received as kickbacks from Russian mafia to gain Maltese passports (at a cost of 650,000 euros fee to Maltese government plus 150,000 euros invested in government bonds and purchase of a property of minimum value 350,000 euros).
After Galdes resigned, purely by chance so did the Police Commissioner, the latter being replaced by a Muscat ally, Lawrence Cutajar.
Caruana Galizia: "... the chances that the police will do their duty in acting on the investigation results presented to them by the FIAU recede even further. At this point, it is safe to assume that there is a very high risk of the FIAU investigation report into the Prime Minister's chief of staff and Minister Konrad Mizzi, that is in the possession of the Police Commissioner, being destroyed or otherwise disposed of."
It should be noted that the FIAU is an investigatory body with no power to prosecute and is chaired by the Attorney General "who is in a conflicting position in his role as legal counsel to the government" which is under investigation. Whitewash.

Claudio Antonelli and Gianluigi Nuzzi from their book 'Blood Ties: The Calabrian Mafia' interviewed former 'Ndrangheta member Pasquale Barreca about collusion between the Camorra, 'Ndrangheta, Cosa Nostra and the state: "... the most important point remains the union between the Calabrian 'Ndrangheta and the Sicilian mafia in sending out these signals [requesting dialogue with the state]. through interlocutors, including members of state organs, it is certainly possible to create the necessary mediation... In my day Cosa Nostra had far more power at the political level, without a doubt. Today that's no longer the case. The Calabrian bosses have found a way into the organs of government... the 'Ndrangheta has penetrated deep into the social, and even more the political, fabric, by consolidating the economic power it has gained."

Italian anti-mafia investigators are in Malta helping to uncover the truth behind the assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia and organised crime links between Malta, Italy and, potentially, Libya are being explored. The online gambling, cigarette smuggling and illicit diesel rackets are the primary focuses of investigation.

Former Maltese international footballer Darren Debono (who played 52 times for his country) was arrested on Lampedusa relating to the diesel smuggling operation the day after Daphne Caruana Galizia's murder after having his phone tapped for two years by Italian authorities (http://www.maltatoday.com.mt/news/national/81734/italian_authorities_tapped_darren_debonos_phone_for_two_years_before_arrest#.Wfh3MFu0PIU) and (https://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20171022/local/anti-mafia-squad-in-malta-italian-senator-excluded-from-delegation.660993).

Debono played against England in a fixed Friendly International in 2000 (an England squad including Michael Owen, Steve McManaman, Robbie Fowler, Martin Keown, Phil and Gary Neville, and managed by Kevin Keegan). England won 2-1 in a non-trying event with keeper Richard Wright giving away two penalties. Wright is represented, unsurprisingly, by the Stellar Agency.

The other avenue for the police relates to Silvio Debono (centre of the back row in the above photo) and the following three posts from Caruana Galizia's 'Running Commentary' blog give some cryptic background to this particular piece of Maltese corruption

Daphne Caruana Galizia had proof that political, business and criminal elites are one and the same entity in much the same way as Football is Fixed would describe the systemic template undermining and corrupting British football - there are very senior members of government, rogue Deep State operators, mafia groups, tarnished or coerced individuals, certain businesses using mafia methods to garner market (and corruption) control, all interacting in an environment where the mainstream media actually helps to orchestrate the scam.

And all of these corrupted structures feed through to the sport itself.

Take Juventus.

On September 25th, Juventus club president Andrea Agnelli was banned for one year for selling tickets to hard-core ultras and admitted meeting Rocco Dominello (an 'Ndrangheta mafia man who has now been jailed for eight years). The revenue streams arising from the scalping of tickets went straight into Calabrian mafia coffers - the president of the Serie A champions profited a mafia entity.
Less than a month later, Juventus were proud to announce a regional sponsorship deal with SE Asian online betting firm F66.com.
And all this after the incredibly suspicious betting patterns linked to Juve's alleged underperformance in the Champions League Final against Real Madrid.

Or take ################ an English team who, already under external rogue ownership, were sold to a Chinese entity operating through Malta with no company website and seemingly no history for any of the individuals involved. And, interestingly, the UK broadsheet that reported these links altered the article with no addenda at the conclusion - the paper withdrew the news and turned it into fake.
Why would a UK establishment newspaper do this thing?

Or take the fixed Malta versus England friendly.

These holistic structures are becoming a geopolitical football norm - the Albanian mafia influencing Austrian football (according to our research and in the opinion of a senior former FIFA man), Russians controlling the football in Cyprus and a whole array of bookmakers scrambling for the ultimate control of markets via rogue referees and players around the continent.

Football club owners.
Rogue footballers.
Mafia entities..
Money laundering.
Matchfixing events.
Online betting companies.
Links between Malta, Gibraltar, Italy and the UK.

Football.
Mafia.
Betting.

Alain Badiou: "For as Saint-Just asks: 'What do those who want neither Virtue nor Terror want?' His answer is well known: they want corruption."

The gambling and money laundering matrices of the UK and Malta want Terror and Corruption.

May the astonishing Daphne Caruana Galizia rest in a deserved peace and may her murderer(s) be brought to swift justice.

If her killer(s) have not been arrested by the time our forthcoming book is published, 25% of all profits will be added to Julian Assange's fund.

Robust Video Technology Is Needed To Save Football From The Mafia

A very rare fusion article created by 'Football is Fixed' and the 'Infamous Wu Shu Hackers'

"When one game can attract 10 BILLION quid in bets, what makes anyone believe that the result isn't dictated by bookies? Or nobbled by bent referees? Or thrown by some players and coaches? And covered up by pundits with inside info?" - Henry Clarson (@HenryClarson).

Tonight video technology finally makes an appearance in English football.

Football is Fixed first called for the introduction of such technology in January 2007 so we feel justified in having something to say on the matter.

So, we're going to do that very thing...
_________________________________________________________________________________

Preface

Mike 'Kipper' Riley, the compromised director of the Professional Game Match Officials Board (PGMOB), claims in the mainstream media today that match officials get 96% of decisions correct.

Even if we are to accept his word, it is an arbitrary statistic to combine goal-kicks and throw-ins with red cards and penalties.

So let's take a look at the performance of Riley's boys since the New Year window in live televised Premier League matches:-

Dec 30th 2017 - Manchester United 0 Southampton 0 (United denied a clear handball penalty by Craig Pawson - the result was known in the betting markets pre-match)

Dec 31st 2017 - Crystal Palace 0 Manchester City 0 (Jonathan Moss gives Palace a fallacious penalty and then fails to send off Palace player Puncheon for an assault on de Bruyne. SE Asian bookmakers were aware of this outcome pre-game as were numerous members of the BT Sport crew despite the fact that Manchester City had just won 19 consecutive league games)

Dec 31st 2017 - West Bromwich Albion 1 Arsenal 1 (Mike Dean gives a 89th minute equalising penalty to the Albion with a ludicrous call of handball - outcome known pre-match)

Jan 2nd 2018 - Swansea City 0 Tottenham Hotspur 2 (Spurs first goal was a metre offside but the assistant to Robert Madley thought otherwise - Spurs were heavily backed in key markets)

Jan 3rd 2018 - Arsenal 2 Chelsea 2 (Hazard dives to win an equalising penalty shortly after Chelsea had fallen behind but Anthony Taylor is Anthony Taylor and Craig Pawson was the 4th Official - there was significant dark pool activity against an Arsenal victory)

Jan 4th 2018 - Tottenham Hotspur 1 West Ham United 1 (a Mike Dean spectacular with Spurs being denied half a dozen second half penalty shouts before they managed to equalise as a result of a foul on West Ham's Lanzini - this was another event with dark pool power dominating the outcome)

There were 8 televised Premier League games in this window and the results of six of the matches were heavily affected by refereeing errors and these results were all known by top tier market professionals before a ball had been kicked.

It is these live games, of course, that have the greatest global betting volume (up to £10 billion for Arsenal vs Chelsea, for example).

And it is this degree of betting volume that is the reason that a robust form of video technology must be implemented. We cannot continue in a world where referees earning £2K per week are coerced or persuaded to aid market participants in multi-billion pound global betting markets.

It is this financial discrepancy that guarantees matchfixing and corruption.

https://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2017/10/something-is-rotten-in-state-of-britain_3.html

Anyway.
96% you reckon, Kipper?

And the fun continued into the FA Cup Third Round televised games.

The matches Fleetwood Town vs Leicester City and Newport County vs Leeds United were matchfixing events whose outcomes existed in the SE Asian markets pre-match - in the latter game, the disturbing 100% positive correlation between the market stance of a certain SE Asian bookmaker and the key in-play decisions made by Mike Dean continued.

Elsewhere on the television, the Magic of the Cup gave us Liverpool being given a fictitious penalty against Everton courtesy of Mr Madley and Mr Moss.
And Nottingham Forest were given two penalties, one entirely fake, as they defeated Arsenal. Additionally, the second penalty should have been disallowed for a 'double-kick' by the taker and a free kick given to Arsenal but not in the world of Mr Moss.

For Arsenal, this was the third game in a row that match officials have rumbled them which will teach Arsene Wenger to talk about the honesty and integrity of officials!
________________________________________________________________________________

Introduction

In January 2007, we blogged: "The use of technology to prevent erroneous decisions by the match officials in the Premier League needs to be urgently addressed by the authorities. Other sports have successfully incorporated the use of video replays without any loss of excitement in the game but football refuses to embrace technology. This extends to FIFA and UEFA too."

The referees and their assistants have too much control and influence in games. Poor decisions not only affect outcomes, titles, promotion and relegation issues but also the careers of the participants.

Matchfixing in the Premier League (EPL) is the elephant in the room. When we speak to managers, chief executives, agents, administrators, government or mainstream media, the discussion always centres around matchfixing.

But the EPL and the PGMOB do not want video technology in English football. Furthermore, they do not support the elements of the FA that have been calling for the implementation.

The core group of the PGMOB comprises just 15 individuals who officiate nearly 95% of EPL matches (including all the high betting volume tv events) and are frequently present as 4th officials at other games. This structure is primed for corruption.

Additionally, one individual who hides in the shadows selects referees for all EPL games.
One man!

In the other major leagues there is a proper assessment of referees and they are demoted in the close season if they are perceived to be problematical. They are also expected to retire at 45 years of age whereas the most impactful PGMOB officials are all pushing 50.

Keith Hackett, the former head of the PGMOB, has publicised the fact that Hawk-Eye has been ready for implementation since 2008 but foot dragging by the powers-that-be has energised numerous travesties of justice.

If the Premier League/ PGMOB are going to continue to insist on such a small grouping of referees then the potential market power of these referees has to be compromised repeatedly.

A mafia angle is as follows:-
If your business practices gravitate towards grey and black markets, why on earth wouldn't you seek control of a Premier League referee?
Twenty five games per season, with an average global liquidity in the several hundreds of millions of pounds for each match.

Direct market control over each of these events.
Tempting eh?

Video technology would make the game cleaner as it would be difficult for a crooked official to maintain a patently incorrect decision in the face of repeated video evidence.
'Errors' are too frequently the result of corruption.

There are those in the game who prefer for psychopathic, singular or cartelised control of match outcomes.
For this purpose, human input is far more malleable, shall we say, than Hawk-Eye.

Why choose human error over technological near-certainty?
Why wouldn't you want to improve the integrity of the game?
Really.
Why...?

When an entirely illogical infrastructure is being proposed, and when some of the individuals and organisations involved in the early experimentation of such an infrastructure have form, so to speak, the standard sousveillance techniques come into play.
Who stands to gain most from an expansion in the format of the corrupt template?
Who loses?
Additionally, who would lose the most if advanced technologies were chosen over flawed, and sometimes corrupted, humans?

It is an interesting aside to see which football talking heads line up on which side of the fence in the video technology debate. In fact, we would go further and claim that anybody who opposes video technology should be regarded with heightened suspicion!

This is a major battle over the future integrity of the game of football.
It is by no means the only battle.

Keir Radnedge on the alleged 'buying' of Bayern Munchen and the matchfixing of the Second Leg of the UEFA Cup Semi Final against Zenit Leningrad in 2008: "Even if we believe it never happened, the fact that there are more and more, richer and richer, organisations out there are cause for concern. No country, no competition is safe."
_________________________________________________________________________________

Holistics of Video Technology

Former Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein speaking in 2007: "There is technology today, it’s been introduced in tennis and they can’t tell me technology is not there. Forty years ago, America put a man on the moon. So the technology is there."

The Laws of the Game, whether football, cricket or whatever, remain largely unchanged.
The Rules are much more malleable though.
And the Rules dominate the Laws to the extent that the Laws become a simulacrum of their true meaning, contorted to suit the requirements of the markets dictating the sports.

It is more critical for football to have video technology than cricket, tennis or rugby yet the authorities have refused to introduce anything more than goal line technology. Why?

An incorrect wicket in cricket, line call in tennis or try in rugby is rarely a match changing event yet those sports guard against such occurrences by using technology...
... in football a goal or a penalty or a sending off very frequently is a match changing event and yet we have virtually nothing.

Up to 40 wickets in a Test Match, 240 points in a tennis match, half a dozen tries in a game of rugby...
... and one goal.

Furthermore, because professional footballers are well aware of the corruptions taking place, once a referee signals his corrupted intent, there is a psychological deflation in the victim team. The sport is literally destroyed.

The most striking aspect of watching cricket or rugby is how fan conversation always relates to the game itself due to the utilisation of video technology for virtually all contentious decisions.
This serves to produce the correct result, massively reduce corruption and act as a measurement of performance of referees and umpires.

The argument that it would slow down the game is fatuous.
The argument that football has to be officiated to the same template from the Premier League all the way up to amateur Sunday League games is bizarre and is indicative of the weakness of the anti-video technology crowd - amateur refs aren't miked up, they don't have goal line technology, there isn't a 4th official or match observer hidden away in a room surrounded by television screens.
Grow up with your fake arguments.

Video technology would add excitement if marketed correctly.
The Premier League would be able to bombard us with messages from their media partners while we waited to see if it is a penalty or not!

The entities that gain from lack of video technology are, in no particular order of merit - UEFA, FIFA, the Premier League, corrupt referees, corrupt bookmakers, insider gamblers, underground criminalised betting markets, global mafia groups, corrupt football agents, dodgy committee men...
... while the losers are the fans, the integrity of the game and those within the sport outside the corrupt inner loops.

In season 2012/13, Dutch referee Serdar Gozubuyuk called for the introduction of video technology to help officials make the correct decisions after he denied Ajax Amsterdam two certain penalties in their home draw against Heerenveen.
The Amsterdam giants felt they should have been awarded a spot kick after Ramon Zomer handled the ball early in the first half, while they also called for a penalty after a foul on Christian Eriksen just inside the area.

"This seems pretty clear. I cannot see the incident properly because I'm looking at (Lasse) Schone's back," Gozubuyuk told Eredivisie Live after reviewing Zomer's handball.

"If it's up to me we would introduce video technology as soon as possible. That will prevent this kind of situation where I have to explain decisions that I could not see properly.

"We are all ready for the introduction of video technology. It's starting to become annoying to be criticised for decisions we have to take in a split second. Everybody else gets the chance to see an incident five or six times before judging."

The Dutch introduced a trial involving a video referee addressing match decisions at 24 top flight games in 2013/14. The results were hugely encouraging resulting in gross chameleon Sepp Blatter changing his mind to be in favour of video technology on the eve of the 2014 World Cup Finals.
A colleague in Holland has stated that the referral system could be implemented within 15 seconds and would have removed all controversy from the matches trialled.
Other sports also successfully implement video technology without the fabric of the competitive event being blown apart - tennis, rugby league, rugby union, horseracing, athletics, cricket etc.

An interesting impact of the Dutch experiment in 2013/14 was that the volatility of match outcome would have diminished markedly if the video ref had been able to overrule the match referee. Think about that. The price set by the global marketplace on a game is more accurate once integrity is reintroduced via taking power away from the referee. We prepared an internal research paper on this point as it is significant.

Our colleagues at Match Fixing Analytics have extended this research to the current implementations of Video Assistant Referees (VAR) in Italy's Serie A and the German Bundesliga. Although the mechanics of the VAR process need to be made more efficient, the process is working - there is greater integrity in the result of the game. And VAR will be used in this season's Copa del Rey and next season's La Liga in Spain.

Germany, of course, is different. A member of the Infamous Wu Shu Hackers contacted the DFB in season 2015/16 to report a systemic corruption involving some match officials and the situation was remedied.
Instantly.
ScudamoreWorld has a lot to learn from the Bundesliga.

The Delay in the Introduction of VAR in England

The Premier League is more than under-managed. It is an autocracy that answers to some very dubious masters.

The arguments for and against digital technologies being used in football are all superfluous.
There is only one overriding factor, a super-parameter.
It is one of those decisions that has only one logical input.
Integrity.
Football is already teetering on the edge of becoming horseracing, some leagues eg the English Premiership are now analytically identical to the modelling used in British horserace markets!
How weird is that?
Digital and video technologies are the only salvation.

In effect, the English Premier League and the Scottish Premier League, via their respective control of the Football Association and the Scottish FA, have been able to block all and any changes to the Laws of the Game with the support of just one other IFAB member.

Paul Gardner: "How can it be justified having the game's rules decided by a somnolent clique that includes permanent representatives from Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland [sic], but no guaranteed presence from other countries that really matter [!], like Brazil, Germany, Argentina, Italy or Spain?"

With Britain a primary base for the corruption of betting markets throughout Europe, it makes no sense for the Home Countries to have such a say in the imposition of Rules that usurp the Laws of the Game.

Since 2003, Angel Maria Villar Llona, the Spanish FIFA vice-President and Chairman of the Referees' Committee, has been involved in IFAB meetings - that was until July 2017 when he was arrested on corruption charges, imprisoned and banned for one season.

It is surely of relevance to the whole discussion that Javier Tebas, the Spanish La Liga president, believes that some bodies wish to hide the reality of matchfixing. Speaking in October 2016, Tebas said: "... there are also some important institutions that want to hide the problem. Our integrity department in La Liga, for example, last weekend detected match-fixing activity in the third division. We detected the problem and communicated it to the responsible authority, but they chose to hide it, probably because they don't want to recognise that this problem exists, even in the lower division."

The Stalinism continues with media silence, no interviews, hush money paid at end of referee's careers, no public ratings from internal assessments and generally no punishment for miscreants.
Additionally, since the beginning of season 2013/14, all match officials have been miked up to a secretive network which we will term the EPL Match Centre. All kick offs are coincident and referees are aided (or abetted) by other officials with access to tv replays.

Two points...
Firstly, this was illegal under the Laws of the Game.
Secondly, to what template have the decisions been made if made under such secrecy?

In a desperate attempt to keep fans on message, the mainstream media entirely ignores matchfixing in England despite journalists getting some of their leaks/stories from individuals who are orchestrating the matchfixing.
The tv pundits are worse!
#########, ############## and Robbie Savage work for bookmakers, Danny Murphy is in an extracurricular affair with a matchfixing agent, Michael Owen used to be bookie for the England team (linked to Goldchip private bookmakers), Steve McManaman was a business associate of money laundering fraudster Carson Yeung and Gary Lineker is, well, Gary Lineker.
_________________________________________________________________________________

A Real Solution

Former Liberal Democrat MP Sir Bob Russell said that English professional football is "rotten to the core" and that a Royal Commission is required to clean up football with "parasitic agents" being the major problem.

The mainstream media-led arguments around VAR are peripheral to a better future for football.
The implementation of VAR must not be internalised between match officials miked up together in their own murky private universe.

The fans should be able to hear what the officials are saying to one another (as in rugby union).
Managers should be able to appeal two decisions per half (as in tennis and cricket).

There also needs to be a new institution established.

In 2014 Terry Steans, the former head of investigations at FIFA, wrote an article in the Daily Telegraph calling for the establishment of a sporting integrity unit to address matchfixing
 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/world-cup/10918411/Football-match-fixing-We-need-a-sporting-integrity-unit-to-stamp-out-corruption.html.

We would go further.
More than ##% of Premier League teams have utilised Performance Enhancing Substances (PESs) this season and Leicester City won the fake league title partially based on doping.
UK Anti Doping (UKAD) is not fit for purpose and should be disbanded - we've had one Chris Froome too many already.

Instead, we call for a new independent entity to address both matchfixing and doping.
Let's call it ANTI - Analytics Networking Transparency Integrity - for a starter.
Terry Steans would be an excellent individual to run this body.
He understands that football is fixed and that all of the matchfixing 'integrity' bodies are fake and suffer from investigatory and regulatory capture - the FA Betting Integrity Unit, Federbet, Early Warning and Sportradar are a part of the problem not the cure.

ANTI should also include support for whistleblowers as we are all taking serious existential risks to expose these corruptions and when taking on mafia-based systemic corruptions you are literally putting your life on the line.
 https://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2017/10/manus-manum-lavat-homage-to.html

In 2016, our late lawyer David McNeight communicated with then Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne about the systemic nature of the corruption in British football.

The Deep State in Britain seems to prefer corruption in their primary agendas - systemic arms dealing (as revealed by Andrew Feinstein in his book 'Shadow World'), City of London based market corruptions (fucking with the Libor rate, for example), money laundering via a global array of offshore financial centres (the very same centres where those corrupting English football launder and tax evade their winnings) and, nowadays, an attempt to take control of the global betting markets linked to football particularly via those rogue islands of Malta and Gibraltar.

Osborne was put between a rock and a hard place by our legal intrusions into the systemic corruption underpinning British football but he elected to profit the status quo rather than the Treasury which was an input to the end of his political career.

Conclusion

We started by saying that we have demanded VAR since 2007.
By implementing a variety of delaying tactics in the intervening decade, the Premier League have allowed over 4000 games to be up for grabs for the criminal underworld and their stooges within the sport.

There are random realities and fake realities.
And the production of fake realities allow markets to be controlled by mafia and fortunes made.

It is with some twisted amusement that we view the first VAR experiment this evening:-

Brighton and Hove Albion - owned by professional gambler Tony Bloom who, backed by his ##### sibling, has been able to create a wealth of getting on for a billion pounds out of the black hole of murky football.
Crystal Palace - currently testing the legalities of doping as they have morphed from the least fit team prior to the November international break to the second fittest now, under the tutelage of Roy Hodgson who is joined at the hip to one particularly corrupt Scottish football agent and his equally corrupt PGMOB poodle referee.
And the first VAR referee is none other than Neil Swarbrick, who is also associated with the very same football agent and who was voted by our network as the most problematical PGMOB referee of 2017.

We expect a little spectacular to undermine VAR in the FA Cup and League Cup Semi Finals...
... some convoluted theatre to enable a longer window for the corruption of the sport.

In 2009, the Economist produced an article on organised crime in Britain.
As it is organised crime that is defiling our sports, some of the newspapers' points resonate with regard to football.

"Organised crime may do especially well... because it depends so heavily on the bribery of officials, reckons Michael Levi, a professor of criminology at Cardiff University. A poor border guard is easier to tempt than a rich one, and a struggling business may be persuaded to launder money."

And a referee who showed a preference for lady-boys in Bangkok on a pre-season Premier League tournament is owned for life...

Many of the most problematical PGMOB referees are nearing retirement and one Scottish football agent is behind the elevation of a whole new squad of compromised officials to the PGMOB Select Group. Some of these referees are of an age where they will be able to provide up to a quarter of a century of match manipulations to their handlers. It is critical for the future integrity of English football that VAR is introduced in a properly robust form with managerial review and open mikes to limit any such future systemic shenanigans.

Former leading refs Graham Poll and Keith Hackett have lacerated the current standard of PGMOB refs with the latter wanting Mike Riley removed from leadership of body and 5 officials stood down.
Hackett stated: "If [a manager] is at the bottom of the league then his job is at risk. At this moment in time he [Riley] is more than bottom. I am seeing a regression. The performances of the referees are not acceptable. He must carry the responsibility."

It is worthy of note that there will not be one single English referee at the World Cup in Russia.
It is also worthy of note that Mr Moss (a seemingly ever-present referee or 4th official on televised matches) was never able to reach UEFA/FIFA level.
So why do we have to put up with him?

William Gaillard, director of public affairs and communications at UEFA, a rather compromised individual himself, once commented: "The camera is not a faithful observer of reality, you have no idea of the impact, the intensity of the violence.".

Football Is Fixed: "The referee, his assistants and the 4th official are not faithful observers of reality, you have no idea of the impact, the intensity of the market manipulation."

Meanwhile Jérôme Valcke, FIFA's former secretary general who has since been arrested for "various acts of criminal mismanagement", claimed "Is there a risk the referee will not be as strong as he is today?"

You know what, mate, nobody cares about a referee's sense of personal power.
What we demand is integrity in the sport we love.

If... Then Football Is Fixed

A Real Legacy And A Tribute To Arsene Wenger

$

0

Plus ça change, plus c'est pas la même chose.

There are few islets of integrity left in the ocean of omerta that is the Premier League and one of these rocky outcrops will disappear beneath the tsunami of corruption at the conclusion of this season when Arsene Wenger leaves Arsenal.

Historically.
Arsenal have not orchestrated any of the wide range of matchfixing matrices utilised by other EPL teams to enhance earnings away from taxing eyes.
Arsenal have avoided overly close ties with the bookmaking industry and have not allowed criminalised football agents to take control of the club.
Arsenal instead employed marginal gains years before the Team Sky cycling team pushed such nudge edge beyond legal boundaries and when other EPL teams were medieval in their strategic sophistication.

As Arsenal were a talented and largely legitimate team and because Wenger refused to allow betting markets to influence match outcomes, the club and the manager were ostracised by the murkier areas of the industry sector.
The mainstream media have systemically slaughtered Wenger at any opportunity.
And not just some mainstream media but all.

We quote an investigative journalist from a UK national broadsheet:

We don't expect reality from the 4th Estate so this message that football journalists are merely PR merchants is hardly surprising.

But we do expect integrity in the officiating of Premier League matches...
... and Arsenal have suffered immensely from the systemic and particular corruptions against their interests under Wenger.

The issue of Mike Dean has been aired on this blog since 2006:

2005 - banned for supplying info to Arbitros - a tipping firm 2006 - removed from FA Cup Final over concerns of bias towards Liverpool2006 - extreme bias against Arsenal and Wenger initiated 2008 - officiated most fixed final of recent years with Harry Redknapp victorious
2015 - Arsenal fans try to petition parliament over Dean 2016 - moved house so he could referee Liverpool and Everton games 2017 - suspicious betting patterns on Liverpool and Everton matches under Dean (as both referee and 4th official) 2018 - SE Asian bookmaker links exposed and PGMOB exclude Dean from future matches involving Merseyside teams following revelations by Football is Fixed

But the abuse spreads further.

Firstly, let's compare Ferguson and Wenger.
Arsenal have been denied silverware by rogue referees while Ferguson was handed trophies by the very same officials - both systemically following the 1-6 reverse to Manchester City and particularly as in the refereeing of Peter Walton (https://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/manchester-united-premier-league.html) and (https://footballisfixed.blogspot.co.uk/2012/02/peter-walton-is-red-bastard.html).

Secondly, the corruptions against Arsenal spread back to the beginning of this blog in 2006 but let's just focus on the last five years.

The Football is Fixed network includes several market professionals.
We have developed an array of neural network-based tools over the last decade and a half to analyse and predict corruptions orchestrated by match officials in the EPL (and other leagues).
We now possess high level artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning algorithmic analytics of corrupt infrastructures.

We use these neural networks to predict bias in the Premier League.

The data below is compiled by 5 analysts/brokers/market-makers and measures the 'real' bias for/against each Premier League team using 26 different weighted inputs.
A positive reading is indicative of bias in favour of a team over the season while a negative figure suggests otherwise. The higher the figure, the greater the bias.

Over the last five years up to but not including the weekend of April 21st/22nd 2018, this is what we have found for all clubs who have resided in the EPL for at least three of these seasons:

1. Leicester City +38.5 (including +30.0 in title winning season)
2. Tottenham Hotspur +28.0
3. Crystal Palace +22.0 (receiving the most favours this season at +10.5)
4. Manchester United +9.0
5. Liverpool +7.5
6. Chelsea +5.0
7. Everton +3.0
8. Southampton +2.5
9. Bournemouth +2.0
10. Swansea City and Stoke City +0.5
12. Manchester City -1.0
13. Sunderland -7.5
14. Burnley -10.0
15. Watford -11.0
16. Aston Villa -12.5
17. West Bromwich Albion -14.5
18. Arsenal -28.0
19. Newcastle United -28.5
20. West Ham United -32.5 (largely via the targeting of Slaven Bilic)
21. Hull City -39.0

To put this chart into comparative words, for example, Arsenal experiencing -28.0 over the last five seasons while their neighbours Tottenham Hotspur have received a +28.0 rating equates to a 56.0 differential in major match decisions (penalties and red cards, given correctly, given incorrectly, not given correctly and not given incorrectly) for Spurs over the Gunners.
That's a lot of points per season on average!

And it is not just Arsenal that suffer the Wrath of Riley's Referees.

If we look at the bias chart for all teams that have competed in both of the last two seasons since the arrival of Pep Guardiola at Manchester City up to (but not including) the weekend of April 21st/22nd 2018, this is what we see:

1. Tottenham Hotspur +21.5
2. Crystal Palace +12.5
3. Leicester City and Everton +12.0
5. Bournemouth +8.5
6. Manchester United +4.5
7. Southampton +1.5
8. Swansea City +1.0
9. Chelsea 0.0
10. West Bromwich Albion -1.0
11. Stoke City -1.5
12. Liverpool -5.0
13. Arsenal and Watford -6.0
15. Burnley -8.5
16. Manchester City -14.0
17. West Ham United -26.0

An interesting comparison to Wenger is the creation of a legacy for that serial failure Roy Hodgson.
When Hodgson succeeds in keeping Crystal Palace in the Premier League this season, there will be a co-ordinated mainstream media campaign about his three successful relegation fights at Fulham, West Bromwich Albion and Palace and how these successes obliterate memories of his less stellar performances at Liverpool and England.

Hodgson only kept Fulham in the Premier League via a matchfixing event at Portsmouth on the last day of the season...
Prior to Hodgson taking over WBA they had benefitted from 0 red cards/penalties while having 7 against. After Hodgson's appointment, there were 4 red cards/penalties in favour and 1 against...
And Crystal Palace this season have been given the most positive bias from PGMOB officials as well as those suspicions of doping following the November international break...

And yet the mainstream media turn Hodgson The Failure into Hodgson The Fake Hero and Wenger The Hero into an inappropriate Failure.
UK mainstream media football journalists are an inept bunch of acquiescent lackeys refracting truths through the lens of corruption.
_________________________________________________________________________________

The mainstream media were alarmed by the timing of the Arsene Wenger announcement that he is to stand down at the end of the current Premier League season.
Wenger's statement was delivered less than a week after the Premier League announced that VAR will not be implemented next season.
Furthermore, because of the voting method employed by the Premier League, corrupt entities linked to mafia groups are able to block the future implementation of VAR ad nauseum.

The captured mainstream media needed to spin a narrative that didn't link Wenger's resignation to referee corruption.

We are currently running a poll on Twitter to see what the fans think about the real reasons for Wenger's sudden departure after 22 years managing Arsenal.
The mainstream media narratives of fan disgruntlement and forces from above (both pedalled without any evidence) are not gaining traction which, presumably, is why the msm are now burying Wenger as quickly as possible.

Corrupt entities associated with the PGMOB ensured that VAR failed in the eyes of the public during the trials this season in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
But the problem is not the technology but the implementation.

VAR has been used 18 times to date.
Neil Swarbrick and Andre Marriner have been present as referee, 4th official or VAR at 14 of those games, sometimes both officiating on the same event.
Eight of these 18 matches have had 'VAR controversies', 7 of them involving either Swarbrick or Marriner.

Bad workmen shouldn't blame their tools, Kipper Riley!

In other leagues the experience of VAR has been different.
In the Bundesliga, all 18 clubs unanimously voted to keep VAR following first season in Germany.
In Italy, Marcello Nicchi (president of the Italian referees association) stated at mid-season: "The VAR is working well and it will get better in the coming months."

In Italy's Serie A, "VAR has reduced result-changing errors from one in every three games to one in every 20 games" - Paddy Agnew (World Soccer Magazine).

Excellent.

But other leagues don't have small scale criminals scribbling dodgy bent offside lines on our tv screens and other leagues don't have the likes of Swarbrick and Marriner.
_________________________________________________________________________________

If referees hadn't been biased against Arsenal in the first place...
If there had been a structure in place for Wenger to complain about corrupted refereeing...
If Arsenal had won cups and titles wrongfully stolen from them by Dean and PGMOB...
If systemic bias hadn't been shown to Leicester City and Tottenham Hostpur (Gary Lineker is a powerful man!) preventing Arsenal winning a recent EPL title...
If Arsenal TV had never been formed because there was no anti-Wenger corruption...
If the mainstream media wasn't peopled by drongos umbilically tied to mafia entities undertaking matchfixing...
If the Premier League was a football league as opposed to the world's biggest matchfixing betting medium...

Then Wenger wouldn't be going, he would be being lauded for everything he has brought and would have continued to bring to the English game. His legacy would have been as great as Ferguson's only with more legitimacy.

Instead various mafia are circling around Arsenal trying to get their man in the pivotal managerial hot seat.

Arsenal TV and their ilk should have been careful what they wished for.

The VAR Room - The Twilight Zone Where All Future Premier League & FA Cup Matchfixing Will Be Orchestrated

Mike 'Kipper' Riley - He's Two Faced, He's Slippery And He Stinks

Friedrich Nietzsche: "Who has not for the sake of his reputation - sacrificed himself? -"

If all of the mafia groups, lesser organised criminal networks & individuals, matchfixing consortia & syndicates, rogue bookmakers & captured institutions, corrupted referees & agent-controlled non-trying players sat down and came up with a version of Video Assistant Referee (VAR) which would optimise and maximise the ill-gotten gains stolen from the sport via fixing...
... then the Premier League Professional Game Match Officials Board (PGMOB) version of VAR to be implemented next season would be that very creation.

And this EPL construct of VAR that Mike Riley and the PGMOB have been dragged towards producing is entirely illegal under International Football Association Board (IFAB) rules as:
a) there is no pitchside television monitor for the match referee to refer to, meaning,

b) that the VAR official makes the final decision alone (being the only input with access to the images).

Why would the PGMOB choose the template most suitable for matchfixing?
It is evident from other sports that versions of VAR exist that work for all parties - fans, teams, bookmakers, integrity bodies, the future of the game...
So why Kipper Riley, why?
Who pulls your strings, you slippy fecker?

This immensely short-sighted structure is guaranteed to make corruption and matchfixing a far greater public reality in the sport in the future - it will appear to fans in the ground, in the pub or at home that the key match decisions are being made by a secreted black box linked to the betting activities of criminal networks.
Which, of course, it will be...
... and is.

And this will all be hidden away by an accommodating media as Gary Neville contorts himself Houdini-style with his verbal attempts to justify a blatant systemic corruption occurring on the screen - "burro! burro! burro!" as the Valencia fans chanted.

The relatively underpaid referees are ripe for coercion when global betting turnover touches £10 billion on the very biggest matches.

And the PGMOB referees who have been, shall we say, most problematical in the EPL era are going to be adjusting our realities ad finitum as Moss and Dean and Webb and Swarbrick and Clattenburg and Scott and Friend hide away in their bunker making absurd decisions that, by immense fluke, would appear to favour the betting activities of just one major operation in the global markets.

The flukes of systemic corruption!!

Creating omerta on this mafia matrix is making matchfixing more common.
In season 2018/19 56% of EPL games are known to have been fixed (and our network cannot detect all corruptions).

There has been a lack of any apparent leadership of the EPL both after Scudamore moved on with five million in his bookmaking satchel and prior when his eye was on bonuses and hush money and future optimal level consultancies where he might sell on his corruption-laden expertise.

And matchfixing mafia have moved onto this vacated turf.

The Fixing Of The FA Cup - 5% Football 95% Mockery

Nietzsche: "Mature manhood: that means to have rediscovered the seriousness one had as a child at play."

The mafia have stolen play.

The FA Cup has been systemically adjusted to the benefit of external influences this season - see our detailed coverage in the posts above. The bias in selection allowing the PGMOB 5 officials to have such inordinate control over the competition has been criminal but the implementation of insider trading strategies has cheapened the tournament to a farcical level.
And not for the first time - think Mike Dean and Harry Redknapp on the Pompey FA Cup win or   █████ not trying very hard and Man City losing to Wigan etc etc.

Today the fake PGMOB version of VAR will be there to benefit the rogue officials - Kevin Friend (referee) and Graham Scott (4th Official) - as Manchester City take on Watford in the Food Mall.

Robust VAR works.
Mafia don't.
That's why the criminally constructed version of VAR established to maximise mafia matchfixing monies is the one that our leaders expect us to swallow.

The mainstream media and pundits have been almost uniform in their opposition to VAR with movement only happening in media output since Riley came up with the Black Box Bandit version of the technology. We've had false opinions, squiggly lines drawn to mock the technology when such chicanery merely demonstrates the pseudo-strategies of the snivelling shower of shysters who are playing with our realities.

The illegal version of VAR put forward by the PGMOB means that no English referees can officiate in the Champions League this season and beyond due to their lack of experience of the legal version of VAR utilised in the UCL.
Once the Europa League crawls into the 21st Century, there will be no PGMOB whistleblowers there either.

And VAR, when introduced into the 2nd Phase of this year's Champions League, was very successful apart from its apparent misuse in the targeting of Paris St Germain and Manchester City for what UEFA perceive as violations of their malleable code.

Why this self-harming ostracisation by the PGMOB?
Just so some scummy scalliwags can make billions stripping the wealth from football?
Say it ain't so Kipper!

Premier League Referee Bias (at 24/01/19)

Nietzsche: "One has been a bad spectator of life if one has not also seen the hand that in a considerate fashion - kills."

Bulletin (24/01/19) - Despite gaining a 1st Leg League Cup Semi Final advantage over Chelsea through the incorrect use of VAR by PGMOB match officials, Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino still felt the need to go public with his opposition to the use of technology to prevent errors/matchfixing by officials and other externalised corruptions.

Let's look at referee bias in the Premier League.

Preliminary Note - each integer represents the equivalent of a penalty correctly given, given incorrectly, not given incorrectly or a significant sending off.

In the last four seasons, Spurs stand at +36 on our EPL NRLR Index - i.e. the London club received 36 more favourable and key refereeing decisions than were given against them. This is the most bias shown in favour of any team in that period.

If you are already getting that much support from the referees then why bring more public attention to it by the systemic abuses of VAR that are about to be launched when the PGMOB make their new corruption template more robust and more opaque to external scrutiny?

Over the last six seasons (and only including teams that have spent four or more of those seasons in the EPL) here are the most favoured and least favoured teams.

1. Leicester City +36 (5 seasons) +7.20 average
2. Tottenham Hotspur +33 (6) +5.50
3. Crystal Palace +24.5 (6) +4.08
4. Manchester United +18 (6) +3.00
5. Liverpool +10 (6) +1.67

15. West Bromwich Albion -14.5 (5) -2.90
16. Watford -16.5 (4) -4.13
17. Newcastle United -28.5 (5) -5.70
18. West Ham United -37 (6) -6.17
19. Arsenal -38 (6) -6.33

By fluke...
299 out of Gary Lineker's 340 English club games were with Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur and he remains an honorary vice-president of the Foxes.

By fluke...
Greg Clarke (chairman of the FA) was formerly chairman and director of Leicester City.

By fluke...
Martin Glenn (chief executive of FA) was previously a director at Leicester City.

By fluke...
One of the four people from the interview committee who have allowed a power vacuum in the EPL post-Scudamore is Leicester City chief executive Susan Whelan.

By fluke...
No other team has anywhere near this degree of backroom power - King Power.

By fluke...
Leicester City won the EPL in 2015/16 with the highest NRLR score ever recorded in one season in any major league going back over 25 years (+30).

By fluke...
There was no follow up to the Leicester City 15/16 doping allegations from the now-silenced Dr Mark Bonar, the links with Team Sky sports scientists and the MAPEI doping link (journalists are threatened if they mention this latter association, so we won't mention it then).

By fluke...
Being subject to regulatory capture, UK Anti Doping saw nothing wrong anywhere. Obviously.

By fluke...
The global betting infrastructure that had stood around Leicester City games throughout their Premier League tenure was entirely altered in the International Break just prior to the Vichai death. There has been a chaotic reconfiguring of the control of Leicester City games in the period since.

By fluke...
The six highest ranking football intelligence operatives in our network all consider that the death of Vichai was not an accident.

Football links itself to mafia via corruption of onfield operators and by association with the massively liquid global betting markets.

The current lack of VAR in the Premier League (and the soon to be unleashed version of VAR that is game theorised for systemic corruption) allows these bonds between mafia, betting markets, matchfixing and the sport to become stronger.

The beauty of football is being asset-stripped by global criminals.

A proper version of VAR needs to be introduced to set some limits on this psychopathy.

Friedrich Nietzsche in 'Beyond Good And Evil': "Ultimately 'love of one's neighbour' is always something secondary, in part conventional and arbitrarily illusory, when compared with fear of one's neighbour. Once the structure of society seems to have been in general fixed and made safe from external dangers, it is this fear of one's neighbour which again creates new perspectives of moral valuation. There are certain strong and dangerous drives, such as enterprisingness, foolhardiness, revengefulness, craft, rapacity, ambition, which hitherto had not only to be honoured from the point of view of their social utility - under different names, naturally, from those chosen here - but also mightily developed and cultivated (because they were constantly needed to protect the community as a whole against the enemies of the community as a whole); these drives are noe felt to be doubly dangerous - now that the diversionary outlets for them are lacking - and are gradually branded as immoral and given over to calumny. The antithetical drives and inclinations now come into moral honour; step by step the herd instinct draws its conclusions. How much or how little that is dangerous to the community, dangerous to equality, resides in an opinion, in a condition or emotion, in a will, in a talent, that is now the moral perspective: here again fear is the mother of morality. When the highest and strongest drives, breaking passionately out, carry the individual far above and beyond the average and lowlands of the herd conscience, the self-confidence of the community goes to pieces, its faith in itself, its spine as it were, is broken: consequently it is precisely these drives which are most branded and calumniated. Lofty spiritual independence, the will to stand alone, great intelligence even, are felt to be dangerous; everything that raises the individual above the herd and makes his neighbour quail is henceforth called evil; the fair, modest, obedient, self-effacing disposition, the mean and average in desires, acquires moral names and honours. Eventually, under very peaceful conditions, there is less and less occasion or need to educate one's feelings in severity and sternness; and now every kind of severity, even severity in justice, begins to trouble the conscience; a stern and lofty nobility and self-responsibility is received almost as an offence and awakens mistrust... 'we wish that there will one day no longer be anything to fear!'"

The Guardian’s Direct Collusion With Media Censorship By Secret Services Exposed by Thomas Scripps

Minutes of Ministry of Defence (MoD) meetings have confirmed the role of Britain’s Guardian newspaper as a mouthpiece for the intelligence agencies.
Last week, independent journalist Matt Kennard revealed that the paper’s deputy editor, Paul Johnson, was personally thanked by the Defence and Security Media Advisory Notice (or D-Notice) committee for integrating the Guardian into the operations of the security services.
Minutes of a meeting in 2018 read: “The Chairman thanked Paul Johnson for his service to the Committee. Paul had joined the Committee in the wake of the Snowden affair and had been instrumental in re-establishing links with the Guardian.”
D-Notices are used by the British state to veto the publication of news damaging to its interests. The slavish collusion of the mainstream media ensures that such notices function as gag orders.
Johnson joined the committee in 2014 and evidently excelled in his performance. A separate set of minutes from the first meeting attended by Johnson records the Guardian’s close collaboration with military officials.
Under a section detailing “advice” given by the intelligence agencies to the media, the document reads “most of the occurrences and requests for advice were related to further publications by The Guardian of extracts from the Snowden documents. The Secretary reported that the engagement of DPBAC [Defence Press and Broadcasting Advisory Committee] Secretariat with The Guardian had continued to strengthen during the last six months, with regular dialogues between the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries and Guardian journalists.”
The secretary and deputy secretaries were Air Vice-Marshal Andrew Vallance CB OBE, Air Commodore David Adams and Brigadier Geoffrey Dodds OBE. The chairman was Peter Watkins CBE, the MoD’s director general of Strategy, Security and Policy Operations.
Under the direction of these military intelligence handlers, the Guardian played a role in bringing other newspapers internationally to heel. The minutes note, “because of an agreement between The Guardianand allied publications overseas to coordinate their respective disclosures of Snowden material, advice given to the Guardian has been passed on to the New York Times and others, helping guide the disclosures of these outlets.”
In September 2014, the Guardian allowed the former head of GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters) Sir David Omand to publish an article titled, “Edward Snowden’s leaks are misguided—they risk exposing us to cyber-attacks.”
He declared, “Journalists are not best placed to identify security risks; we have to trust those who oversee the intelligence-gathering.”
In 2016, Paul Johnson used an unprecedented interview with a serving head of MI5, Andrew Parker, to propagandize for the antidemocratic, warmongering interests of British imperialism.
These facts are damning proof of the Guardian’s total integration into the propaganda wing of the MoD following its involvement in the WikiLeaks and Snowden files releases. Indeed, the work of WikiLeaks and its founder Julian Assange has served to expose and confirm the deep ties of the entire mainstream media to the military-intelligence complex.
The Guardian has been viewed historically as the voice of British liberal dissent, critical of the worst excesses of British capitalism at home and abroad. But it has always acted as a political policeman—filtering the news “responsibly” and channelling the resulting anger into impotent moral appeals to the state and other authorities. Its dealings with Assange and Snowden transformed political allegiance into direct subservience. Its liberal, critical pretensions unravelled in a matter of a few months.
When Assange looked to the Guardian and other papers internationally such as the New York Times to publish the Afghan and Iraq war logs and secret US diplomatic cables in 2010, the editors’ main concern was damage control. Within a month of an initial publication of documents, the Guardian had broken off relations with Assange—publishing an infamous December 17 editorial “WikiLeaks: the man and the idea.” It stated that the Guardian had only agreed to publish “a small number of cables” to control the political fall-out from the details of murder, torture, espionage and corruption they revealed and give it the opportunity of “editing, contextualising, explanation and redaction.”
The main purpose of the editorial was to support Assange’s extradition to Sweden on trumped-up allegations of sexual misconduct relating to a trip to that country a few months earlier.
In an op-ed piece published last month by former Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger, he assumes to take the moral high ground by claiming that WikiLeaks issued leaks unredacted, and wanted to continue this practise, in contrast with his “responsible” journalism. An editorial published immediately prior to Rusbridger’s article, again supporting Assange’s extradition to Sweden to face “charges” that don’t exist, stated, “The Guardian disapproved of the mass publication of unredacted documents ... and broke with Mr. Assange over the issue.”
This is a self-serving lie. WikiLeaks has pointed out that the editorial “conveniently leaves out” that it was the Guardian —through a book authored by David Leigh and Luke Harding—that disclosed the password to the digital file Assange had given them in confidence. The book was a hatchet job on WikiLeaks. The rights to it were sold, becoming the basis of a slanderous Hollywood movie.
When NSA contractor Edward Snowden leaked files detailing blanket state surveillance of the world’s population in 2013, the Guardian set out to play the same “responsible” role. Asked afterwards if the paper had held back from publishing anything about GCHQ and UK security services because of “worries about national security,” the ever-pliant Mr. Rusbridger replied, “Yes, we’ve held back a great deal, we’ve published a small amount of what we have read.”
This time, however, the Guardian was told by the security services that even rigorously filtering the Snowden’s revelations was not good enough. It must stop publishing immediately.
The country’s top civil servant, Cabinet Secretary Sir Jeremy Heywood, called the Guardian’s offices to pass on the demands of then Prime Minister David Cameron that the Snowden material either be returned to the government or destroyed. Editors were threatened with legal action if they did not comply.
Rusbridger later explained, “The tone was steely, if cordial, but there was an implicit threat that others within government and Whitehall favoured a far more draconian approach.” This is a masterpiece of understatement. Emails obtained by the Associated Press in 2014 showed that this was an operation conducted in intimate collusion between the government, the British security services and the US National Security Agency, including then Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
In the end, two GCHQ security officials directly oversaw the Guardians destruction of its own material. Three Guardian staff members, including Paul Johnson himself, destroyed the hard drives in the Guardian’s possession with angle grinders and other equipment provided by GCHQ officials.
The Guardian had been put in a position it never wanted. Its liberal reputation, and previous disclosures, had made it the newspaper of choice for WikiLeaks’ and Snowden’s revelations. But the scale of what had been uncovered threatened the fundamental interests of British and US imperialism. It therefore rolled over when the government told it to cease and desist, before taking its place alongside the rest of the right-wing media on the secret committee responsible for press censorship and propaganda dissemination.
One of Assange’s persecutors-in-chief, Luke Harding, enjoys the most intimate relations with the security services. His notorious November 2018 fabrication, claiming Assange held meetings with US President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort, was published in the Guardian just two weeks after Johnson was thanked for “re-establishing links” with the MoD. The story was widely cited and formed a keystone of the efforts, spearheaded by the Democrats in the US, to present WikiLeaks and “Russian interference” as the causes of Trump’s 2016 election victory.
Harding played a central role in silencing questions over the UK government’s bogus account of the Skripal affair in mid-2018. These events were the subject of at least one D-notice, issued while Paul Johnson was on the responsible committee.
An unintended but valuable consequence of the WikiLeaks exposures has been to explode the fraud of the Guardian’s claim to any critical independence from the state. The crimes of the major imperialist powers against the world’s population made available by WikiLeaks were so great that they could not be neutralised, even by the Guardian’s professional gatekeepers of the “truth.” Not a word published in this imperialist propaganda sheet can ever be taken at face value.

EXCLUSIVE: How Third Party Ownership Of Players By Agents Evolved Into Third Party Ownership Of Other Agents By Agents And Third Party Ownership Of Clubs By Agents With Cartelised Behaviour Creating Insider Trading & Matchfixing, Resulting In Gambling Losses And Sometimes Suicide For The Leisure Bettors While The Insiders And Bookmakers Profit From Their Systemic Corruption And The Mainstream Media Is Rewarded For Their Pitiful Acquiescence In These Crimes By Being In Receipt Of Some Crumbs Of Comfort That Fall From The Dark Pool Poker Tables Where All Of Our Football Futures Are Fixed

THE █████ RULE

Unless a club is owned or very very closely affiliated with the █████ cartel of crooked UK agents, they should not employ players represented by any of these agencies because player loyalty is always towards the matchfixing agents rather than moving a team forwards performing professionally and with integrity.

Isolate these leeches within their corrupt edifices!

This May Day Bank Holiday Weekend sees the self-styled Richest Game in World Football when Aston Villa and Derby County (The 32 Red Derby) go head-to-head at the Food Mall to seek more than a £170 million plus entry to the Premier League.

If these two teams were to put out the same starting XI's as in the Semi Finals 2nd Leg then 8 of the 22 starters will be represented by the Stellar, Base, Unique and Key Sports grouping of agents (and two more of their clients entered as substitutes). Additionally there are █████ players who are owned by █████ in these sides.

How fantastic that these four firms are so well represented in this very moneyed event.

Once upon a time there was a young man with ambition in his eyes who decided to blackmail a Portuguese football agency over alleged illegal third party ownership of players.

This young man was subsequently approached by a very small man with mafia tendencies and coerced into being the vehicle for the release of stolen commercial information and documents to the marked advantage of a fragmented cartel of agents based in █████ and the marked disadvantage of the Iberian operation.

This became known as the fake spectacle that is 'Football Leaks'.

The promotion of Tranmere Rovers to League One via the Play-Offs has serious integrity issues that need to be addressed.

1) Why was Ross Joyce selected as referee for the Play Off Final (and the FA Vase Final) when his officiating has been so abysmal this season? - see comments by other referees   https://ratetheref.createaforum.com/football-league-l1-l2/playoffs-2019-782/30/

2) Joyce has allegedly got a high wealth backer █████ and his officiating in the Final versus Newport County was biased. We have seen the result of match officials having external influences on their decision-making before with Elleray, Moss, Clattenburg, Dean etc. It is not conducive to legitimate football. For a match report on this fake football, see    https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/may/25/newport-tranmere-league-two-play-off-final-report

3) Only Mike Dean has a higher red card per game ratio than Joyce. And Dean being a Tranmere fan was at all three games (obviously in unofficial capacity, as always). Joyce has got a dodgy match pedigree since being promoted as youngest referee in 2015 following a highly suspicious Conference Play Off Final between Bristol Rovers and Grimsby Town.

4) The Play Off Semi Final between Tranmere Rovers and Forest Green Rovers was also corrupted in both games. Here are some comments from Forest Green Rovers' manager Mark Cooper: "I don't think they really wanted us to be in the Final... For anyone who watched the two games, I don't think anyone can say we were given a fair crack at it."

5) Why was Eddie Ilderton who officiated as referee at the highly dubious Forest Green v Tranmere Second Leg also 4th Official at the Final? In his two Tranmere games this season he has sent off three opponents.

When the Football is Fixed network began to make assertions about inappropriate linkages between certain █████ agents in October 2013, the cartel devised a strategy to establish secondary and tertiary levels of sub-agents overseen by the parent outfits. Players moved between agents and sub-agents, disguising ownership, and third party ownership became the norm (despite its illegality). This multiple (hidden/ disguised) ownership of players was made more opaque by the utilisation of a pyramid of linked sub-agents.
By the time these 'agents-third-party-owning-other-agents' structures are cartelised up to the full network, you can have matches in the Premier League and the Championship where well over 50% of the players on the field of play are represented by this agent/sub-agent web.

This produces extensive opportunities for matchfixing and associated insider trading as excessive market control is leveraged through the global betting markets.

Club Deportivo Maldonado is a Uruguayan Second Division club used by agents and third party owners to launder players into the European game without such players ever appearing for the Maldonado side. When Bloomberg investigated the hidden ownership of the club in 2014 they discovered English racehorse owner Malcolm Caine and London lawyer Graham Shear were in control. Argentinian newspaper 'La Nacion' claims that Jonathan Barnett (co-owner of the Stellar agency) is also linked to Maldonado. Caine co-owns several horses with Barnett.

Third party ownership of players by agents is a problem because, if you don't know which investment vehicles own the player, coercion/ persuasion and matchfixing are liable to seep into the game.
Third party ownership of sub-agents by agents makes detection of these illicit structures much more problematical.
The cartelised networking of this process between a web of agents further opaques this reality.
But it is the third party takeover of clubs by agents where the ultimate matchfixing templates reside.

The victory by Charlton Athletic over Sunderland in the Battle of the Betdaqs League One Play Off Final had theatre offstage.

Sunderland have been backgrounded by ropey characters who have deflated the club in order to take control (similar to situation at Falkirk in personnel who are using integrity violations to take control). The failure to gain promotion blows a £██ million short-term hole in the revenue streams of one particular matchfixing entity seeking control of another Championship club.

The managerial quality of Jack Ross was good enough for St Mirren but not League One where weak strategy produced 19 draws. It will be interesting to see if Mark Campbell wishes to heavily invest in a team travelling to Bury, Fleetwood and Accrington next season.

As per usual, this affair links Celtic and Sunderland with John Colquhoun trying to steal John Park from Celtic as he continues to asset strip the Parkhead club following the departures of Judas and Congerton to mafia-backed Leicester City.

█████ Premier League clubs and █████ from the Championship have significant integrity issues relating to agents either a) in hidden control of the club, b) in partial control of club, or c) having significant influence over transfers and team selection and performance.
As the Maldonado narrative demonstrates, agents should not control football clubs.

These teams whose strategies are correlated with the agendas of the agents are able to engage in insider trading and matchfixing either using the clients of the controlling agent or tapping into a network of agents often allowing control of over half of the players on the field of play.

This infrastructure produces systemic matchfixing and impacts upon trophies won and lost, relegations and promotions gained or lost, the regime change of Gestifute-linked managers via client underperformance, the cornering of global markets via a proprietary mafia corruption template and the ruination of football as a sport - check out:  https://footballisfixed.blogspot.com/2019/05/exclusive-lizards-lacertae-liverpool_21.html

Third party ownership of players, sub-agents and clubs also leads to tax evasion as we are dealing with shell operations where the real identity of owners and investors is opaque.
Moreover, the financial rewards from systemic matchfixing are entirely non-taxable and merely need laundering into the required territory (often by becoming a property magnate a la Gekko).

A couple of further questions regarding these Play Off Finals:

1) Why is VAR not in operation? Research in Serie A has shown that VAR reduces result-changing errors by referees from one in every three games to one in every 20 and yet the Football League and FA together with the pgMOBsters have stolen the Play Offs without using the technology incorporated into Wembley stadium. Why? Why? Why? Why would you not want to get the correct decision? Newport County could sue.

2) The PGMOB officials for the 5 Championship Play Offs to determine promotion to the EPL: Villa v WBA (Scott / Hooper); Derby v Leeds (Pawson / Coote); WBA v Villa (Kavanagh / Mason); Leeds v Derby (Taylor / Friend); Villa v Derby (Tierney / Kavanagh).

The underlined referees are the ones we have shown to have serious integrity issues to answer  and should have no involvement in such high financial value events   https://footballisfixed.blogspot.com/2019/05/exclusive-lizards-lacertae-liverpool_21.html

The UK mainstream media support this fraudulent infrastructure via arrangements with the major agents which are illicit.

No mainstream newspaper should allow any of the their football journalists to be in the pay of football agents and yet... The Guardian and Telegraph have shown extensive PR bias in favour of clients from Stellar, Base, Unique and Key Sports this season and these advertorials are further disguised by the structures outlined above.

This week, we have had both papers pushing the "Daniel James & Sean Longstaff to Manchester United" narrative. Stellar represent the former and Beswick Sports the latter (see Server 5.0 over our stuff on Beswick & Stellar).

Mind you, the paper also thought it important to give us a headline where Alistair Campbell admitted "he voted for a remain party in the EU elections" - war criminal with links to football corruption votes in an election - this is no longer a newspaper.

Rogue agents have gained control of the Manchester United transfer policy since rogue players underperformed to rid the club of Jose Mourinho and all things Gestifute and these rogue agents will be moving clients and their █████ into the club this summer.

And, of course, Manchester United games were matchfixed by these rogue agents as soon as the regime change was completed.

Agents coercing players.
Agents setting up sub-agents.
Agents coercing sub-agents.
Agents creating hidden ownership.
Agents teaming with other agents to take control of clubs.
Agents taking sole control of clubs.
Agents coercing clubs.

All roads lead to matchfixing and an increase in the games where 'unusual' outcomes result and an increase in the gambling losses of leisure punters who are patsies to the mafia operations in this systemic corruption...
... and some of these gamblers go into debt and some of them take their own lives.

There are a wide array of victims of systemic matchfixing in UK football.

At least we can console ourselves in the knowledge that Denise Coates isn't one of them.

Wee, sleekit, cowrin, tim'rous beastie,
O, what a pannic's in thy breastie!
Thou need na start awa sae hasty,
Wi' bickering brattle!
I wad be laith to rin an' chase thee,
Wi' murd'ring pattle!

I'm truly sorry man's dominion,
Has broken nature's social union,
An' justifies that ill opinion,
Which makes thee startle
At me, thy poor, earth-born companion,
An' fellow-mortal!

I doubt na, whiles, but thou may thieve;
What then? poor beastie, thou maun live!
A daimen icker in a thrave
'S a sma' request;
I'll get a blessin wi' the lave,
An' never miss't!

Thy wee bit housie, too, in ruin!
It's silly wa's the win's are strewin!
An' naething, now, to big a new ane,
O' foggage green!
An' bleak December's winds ensuin,
Baith snell an' keen!

Thou saw the fields laid bare an' waste,
An' weary winter comin fast,
An' cozie here, beneath the blast,
Thou thought to dwell-
Till crash! the cruel coulter past
Out thro' thy cell.

Thy wee bit heap o' leaves an' stibble,
Has cost thee mony a weary nibble!
Now thou's turn'd out, for a' thy trouble,
But house or hald,
To thole the winter's sleety dribble,
An' cranreuch cauld!

But, Mousie, thou art no thy-lane,
In proving foresight may be vain;
The best-laid schemes o' mice an' men
Gang aft agley,
An' lea'e us nought but grief an' pain,
For promis'd joy!

Still thou art blest, compar'd wi' me
The present only toucheth thee:
But, Och! I backward cast my e'e.
On prospects drear!
An' forward, tho' I canna see,
I guess an' fear!

The Lunatics Have Taken Over The Asylum

David Skipwith Pemsel's first act as forthcoming CEO of the EPL was to delete his Twitter account.
Hours later the Guardian newspaper were championing the man's "integrity" as his appointment was announced.

The newspaper most linked with the systemic matchfixing destroying UK football (the Guardian) provides the new chief executive officer (David Skipwith Pemsel - a venture capitalist fund founder with a whiff of the offshore about him) to the most corrupt football league on the planet, the Premier League.
... a corrupt paper, a corrupt league, a corrupt industry sector and a man whose parents were weird enough to plump for Skipwith. What could possibly go wrong?

The Kath Viner/ David Pemsel window of governance at the Guardian has seen the paper morph into an ID politics fake news outlet - the front page fake story on Manafort & Assange and, less critically, serial disinformation and corruption-based hidden agendas in the football section.

The Guardian ceased to be a newspaper under his stewardship...
... and we'll see what a corrupt neoliberalism does to football.

But, expect fake spectacle with a pseudo-moral conscience.

Integrity is not on the continuum of Pemsel's curriculum vitae.

Nor John Colquhoun's.

We have been exposing corruption linking the Guardian, John Colquhoun, the PGMOB and the Premier League for 13 years - check out our archive (5% of our posts are online at any given time).

This appointment represents the death knell for football of integrity in the EPL as it transforms the current external mafia-led matchfixing and corruption infrastructure into an internal one (with all the benefits of institutional opacity).

Having assessed scenario analytics and the futurescanning of our options, we confirm that we are taking the Football is Fixed Network private and underground only surfacing within the flux when undertaking consultancy work (as we are now for a Premier League club owner).

We will be publishing our book on the Football is Fixed blog on November 12th - thirteen years and one day after our first ever article.

The book is entitled "Who Killed Cock Robin?"

And never forget...
... John "Fifty Shades of Alias"Colquhoun - that White Man, has got a God Complex...

20 Questions For Integrity Man

$
0
0
Does David Skip With The Mafia?

Those behind the appointment of David Skipwith Pemsel to the throne of chief executive of the Premier League are attempting to paint a public portrait of a man who exhibits heightened integrity.

We oppose that narrative.

Here we put together a list of twenty pertinent questions to ask of Integrity Man regarding the Premier League template of systemic corruption that he not only inherits but also helped to enable.

In our humble opinion, Integrity Man is not a Fit and Proper Person to run the Premier League.

****************************************************************************************************************

Question One:

On the systemic corruption & matchfixing template currently controlling the Premier League

Since Scudamore scooted off with his £5 million facilitation bonus, a systemic corruption and matchfixing template has been implanted on the Premier League. The lack of any effective oversight (the reason Richard Masters failed to be considered for the permanent CEO role apparently) has produced extensive issues of integrity-lite games.

Around two-thirds of Premier League matches are known to have been insider trading and/or matchfixing events in the post-Scudamore window.

Integrity Man, will any strategies be developed to prevent future occurrences of this systemic matchfixing and will any action be taken against those individuals within your orbit who have orchestrated this gross conversion of the soul of football for criminalised private wealth creation?

Or, Integrity Man, is everything black market, grey market or white seen as a valid revenue stream for a Premier League under your stewardship?

************************************************************************

Question Two:

On the illicit linkages between the Guardian newspaper and certain football agents during Skipwith's period as chief executive of Guardian Media Group

The Guardian stands out in one way from other mainstream sports media - the control of output by rogue agents. It began a decade ago with John Colquhoun and Key Sports Management clients like Theo Walcott receiving extensive advertorial coverage in the periods leading up to new contract negotiations with Arsenal FC. But, during Skipwith's window of control of the newspaper, the situation has become ludicrous infecting not only allegedly factual articles but also match reports - the reality of games being rewritten for future agent gains.

The nadir of unjournalism was reached when Unique Sports Management was formed by   █████ █████ and entire campaigns of promotional disinformation were perpetrated repeatedly - the campaign to inflate the value of Wilfried Zaha in the summer of 2019 was as manipulative as it was unsuccessful. The Guardian repeatedly priced a player at up to £100 million when neutral arbiters were valuing at £40 million. That £60 million profit, if it had been successful, would have been a tidy £9 million bonus for the agent with trickledown for 'associates'.

Integrity Man, we have had it suggested to us by interested parties that the Guardian Media Group has inappropriately close linkages with Unique Sports Management - please say it ain't so IntegrityMan, because surely that couldn't be appropriate, could it?

And, Integrity Man, how will this alleged association impact upon your role of CEO of the EPL?
Will Mr Colquhoun remain a puppet-master?

************************************************************************

Question Three:

On the deliberate use of a fake news lead story at the Guardian in November 2018 in an attempt to influence a legal ruling about to be made regarding the extradition to the US of Julian Assange

The fake Manafort/Assange headline has been shown to be a fabrication see - The Wikileaks' Thread - The Futures Of Julian Assange And Journalism Are Inextricably Linked - and yet editor Kath Viner hasn't apologised nor removed the invented content from Guardian servers. To maliciously interfere in such an important judicial case for the future of real journalism to the detriment of the profession that creates a newspaper suggests that Integrity Man is not interested in real journalism nor real judicial process.

Thomas Scripps has shown (see the 'Wikileaks' link above) that the Guardian is a willing mouthpiece for the intelligence community presumably being rewarded for their acquiescence to deep state agendas e.g. the persecution of a journalist who exposed US & UK war crimes.

The Guardian fall to fake began in earnest when Viner and Pemsel took the reins. The entire culture of the newspaper altered with overheads slashed and 'intriguing' new forms of (sometimes highly questionable, or even illicit) revenue streams created.

Even former editor Alan Rusbridger markedly disagrees with the new regime stencilling the Guardian to the detriment of journalism - see US Efforts To Jail Assange For Espionage Are A Grave Threat To A Free Media.

The Guardian is no longer a newspaper of consequence due to Integrity Man's neoliberal agendas and █████ strategies.

Integrity Man, will you be employing similarly skewed strategies at the Premier League and, if so, may we assume that the fans matter not one fucking jot?

************************************************************************

Question Four:

On the offshore underground entity that is the Scott Trust and examples of the Guardian business model under Skipwith's stewardship where fake news influenced sporting realities to private agendas

The entire Guardian edifice exists under the Scott Trust.
This is a very secretive entity.
This is not a good thing - there must be a declaration of the real ownership of a newspaper (just like there needs to be with a footballer).
In both cases hidden ownership creates corruption.

Under Skipwith, the Guardian repeatedly explored regime change, orchestrating fake realities to achieve integrated commercial gains.

Take the removal of Mark Sampson from the post of manager of England Women's team.
The whole process was a Guardian coup.
Agencies e.g. Tongue Tied (linked to █████ █████) formed a network to share disinformation on Sampson and inflated promotion of Eni Aluko (soon to be appointed a Guardian'journalist') and, even though nothing was proven against Sampson, the coup was successful when the FA found a historical reason to remove him.
The parallel campaign to bring in Phil Neville was also a Guardian hidden agenda and the manner in which the paper dealt with "Neville's battering the missus" comment was a triumph of edited bias.

Meanwhile, four members of the England Lionesses are represented by an agent who is a known mafia man (having been convicted in Italy) and who has a global ban on intermediary activities.
Surprisingly, the Guardian doesn't publish this information in their comic as it doesn't fit with the spectacularly fake narrative.

Or take the equivalent bifurcation between the Guardian campaign against Jose Mourinho and all things Gestifute in comparison to the fairy tales created for managers linked to Mr Colquhoun - Roy Hodgson, Brendan Rodgers, Steve McClaren etc etc. And Mr Colquhoun was amply rewarded when Manchester United and Mourinho parted company when the incoming manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer thought it wise to further extend the contract of the inept Phil Jones.

So, Integrity Man, we guess that you approved these campaigns at the newspaper where you are chief executive. How will this impact on your new role as an independent non-biased overseer of the English top league?

And, are mafia agents okay? Is regime change based on fallacy a prerequisite for all of your strategies? And why is the Scott Trust so hidden? What do they have to hide?

Why is everything so murky around you, Integrity Man?

N.B. The Guardian, we have been informed, now want Phil Neville sacked as there is a new more malleable persona on hand for managing the Lionesses, but I guess you are more than aware of that, Integrity Man?

************************************************************************

Question Five:

On the weaponisation of identity politics to aid corruption and control of markets - transfer and betting

The business model developed by Skipwith at the Guardian is allegedly inspirational...
... but it is only inspirational in that short-termist sort of way so beloved of disaster capitalists and fascistic neoliberals like Skipwith and Colquhoun.

Punters pay to keep the Guardian afloat because the paper panders to their identity politics while pretending that it is a force for good in the wider world.
Once this pretence fails, there is nothing left - just a bubble and a lot of befuddled liberals wondering where there feelgood pseudo-reality has gone.

The Guardian has no value because it is nothing.
It is a vacuum.
Or, if it is anything, it is a collection of white and grey market strategies (directly linked to the black) that create profits behind a front of fake media - just like the carpet shops that were fronts for cocaine importation in the UK before the Albanian Shqiptare mafia took control of the trade outside of Merseyside.

We live in a narcissistic world and Skipwith's entire strategy is based on selling a lie while telling readers that they are amazing.
Short-termism is a disease and not a fault that will sit well in oversight of the Premier League.

Integrity Man, under your control of the Guardian, why has the paper developed a business model akin to the Albanian mafia? Is that what football can expect from the Premier League under your tutelage in future - a fake front hiding lucrative corruption?

We are taking the piss here with this question, Integrity Man, because we know you know that we know you know the answer.

************************************************************************

Question Six:

On the very specific issue of matchfixing and insider trading that has reached epidemic proportions in the Premier League

The problem with mafia templates is that once they are firmly ensconced in the landscape, they are largely immovable other than by other mafia entities moving onto their patch.
And once established there can be only limited policing and the reactive construction of any regulatory barriers (suitably loopholed for future corruptions, of course).

In allowing this period of cowboy free market matchfixing in the post-Scudamore era, the Premier League (under the interim board) has given mafia absolute control of the English game.

The sport has become theatre, but a dark underground theatre where outcomes of games are set to investments made on those results.

Of course, Integrity Man, you will have garnered most of this sort of stuff from Mr Colquhoun but how on earth do you intend to rid the Premier League of mafia influences?
In fact, do you intend to rid the Premier League of mafia influences.?...
... therein lies the rub.

************************************************************************

Question Seven:

On venture capitalism

Mirabile dictu, although not as fucked up as private equity, venture capitalists are still a wunch of bankers.

And they live in a world of make-believe according to the Economist whose view is that venture capitalists are unable to perceive the value of their investments due to a lack of perspective even though they cast themselves, in their egotistically bubbled infallibility, as the ultimate arbiters of value.

"... it is good to see public investors shouting when an entrepreneur, for all his chutzpah, has no clothes."

A primary problem with both private equity and venture capital is short-termism.
Aside from enlightened strategic investors like Munger and Buffett at Berkshire Hathaway, the short-term is the beam of focus for the vast majority of the institutional investors.

Now short-termism works on matters like fixing a football match or inflating a transfer fee (or an initial public offering) or sacking lots of people, stripping out the value but persuading a few fuckwits that the emperor is really wearing clothes while running his newspaper; but optimising business strategies for the immediate term means, by choice, that there's a lack of positive correlation between current actions and longer term strategies and development.

And then chaos reigns...
... eventually.

In businesses like the Premier League where image is everything, this lack of strategic planning will be its downfall - when the degree of matchfixing and insider trading plus the extent to which certain media and institutions are involved in these criminalities breaks through into the zeitgeist of public opinion, the ability to sell Zaha for a few quid more will be freakily pointless.

You can fool some of the people some of the time, Integrity Man, but we will soon be able to see that you stand there stark bollock naked.

Integrity Man, how do you intend to develop real sustainable strategy within your myopic short-termism?

Or, Integrity Man, is it the case that you have no intention of anything other than grabbing as much booty as possible and then doing a runner with your chums once all the value has been sucked out of English football?

And football will be left to function like that Sport of Kings horseracing - as a betting medium for insiders, patsies and crooks?

************************************************************************

Question Eight:

On 'Football Leaks' and the commercialisation of crime

Although the Guardian largely sat on the sidelines in the latter phases of the utilisation of the criminal entity'Football Leaks', that was only because the Football is Fixed Network had exposed that John Colquhoun was the wee man behind this farce. This prevented the paper taking ownership of the story which ended up being doled out by Der Spiegel.

Rui Pinto is a blackmailer who was coerced to act as a fall guy for the physical theft of documents to the benefit of a cartel of UK soccer agents and to the detriment of Gestifute and Doyen Sports.

Mr Colquhoun has a bit of a fetish for secrecy - he was also behind the 'Secret Footballer' nonsense at the Guardian and used scores of different aliases in contacts with members of the Football is Fixed Network - the man has a complication of personality disorders underpinning his psychopathy.

The irony is that the illegality of Third Party Ownership (TPO) was allegedly the campaigning reason why the Guardian initially promoted the 'Football Leaks' releases and yet TPO is widespread now across the English game.

The commercial reasons the Guardian got involved relate to external battles over turf and complex contractual interplays allowing profit to be internalised in secret.
Is this how venture capital now works, Integrity Man?

So.
Integrity Man.
Any chance of following through and addressing TPO in the Premier League or under the control of UK agents in other leagues?

I could give you a bunch of names.

************************************************************************

Question Nine:

On the Professional Game Match Officials Board and systemic matchfixing

The PGMOB refereeing body is a corrupt Stalinist entity that is rotten to the core - over 90% of the systemic matchfixing in the Premier League has the PGMOB at its roots. Mike Riley, the alleged controller of this criminal grouping, should be sacked with immediate effect. The Select Group of referees should be disbanded because the shit has truly risen to the top. There should be a far wider network of officials (including from other countries) and no officials should get more than a handful of games per season.

The creation of an elite group of referees hasn't worked.
It has produced a small grouping who have been incorporated into a mafia.

The Premier League has the most compromised grouping of match officials of any of the other major leagues.

Integrity Man, we understand that some of your mates are well rewarded by the illicit structures of the PGMOB but what are you going to do now you are CEO regarding referee-based corruption in the EPL?

Are you going to do something positive for football or just regard referee matchfixing as a necessary input to betting market control and hence valid for the profit margins?

************************************************************************

Question Ten:

On VAR and mafia influence of match decisions

In all other leagues, VAR has been a success yet in the Premier League it has been made a tool of the corruption rather than an enhancer of integrity. Obviously, the PGMOB entity is a problem here but the technology implementation and corruption of personnel are where the real matchfixing loci reside.

See - The VAR Room - The Twilight Zone Where All Future Matchfixing Will Be Orchestrated

The Premier League and the PGMOB are flouting the IFAB rules on the use of video technology. Originally the PGMOB planned not to have pitchside monitors at all and, when forced to employ them, they simply instructed the referees never to use them.

The EPL version of VAR is opaque and primed for matchfixing.
This situation isn't helped by Neil Swarbrick being Head of VAR at the PGMOB which, given his relationship with matchfixing agent John Colquhoun, is surely problematical.

Integrity Man, why can't we have a version of VAR that promotes integrity and improves the sport? Why do we have a version that increases matchfixing and insider trading? Will VAR just be another illicit input to your revenue streams?

************************************************************************

Question Eleven:

On the issues of corruption in the English Championship and the lower leagues

Although Skipwith's territory is to be the Premier League, inevitably the culture developed at the top table influences developments further down.
The Championship already functions like a very very very corrupt casino and is obviously ripe for a Premier League takeover.

But as profit never trickles down in neoliberal structures, the lower leagues only have two routes to sustainability - a sugar daddy (often laundering ill-gotten gains) or matchfixing.
Or both.

When Bury FC were driven to extinction while two of the three richest teams in the world sit in the same locale, the Economist commented that there is no hope for lower league clubs to breakeven as the clubs are not sustainable and there are no redistributive networks - the lower tier clubs know that survival depends on fighting in every available market (illicit or not).

So you get outfits like Billericay or AFC Wimbledon who would appear to primarily function as gambling stables teams.

Integrity Man, I'm sure you don't give a flying fuck, but will you take any measures at all that are progressive and allow poorer brethren to exist as community football teams without bookmakers taking control?

************************************************************************

Question Twelve:

On systemic corruption and matchfixing underpinning the 2019/20 season and comparisons with a broadly equivalent template throughout the post-Scudamore window

None of our offices in England, Geece or Romania bother subscribing to live Premier League footage anymore - the interest resides elsewhere in the hierarchical global markets.
Life is short and there is not enough time to spend a couple of hours watching a boiler room scam of an agreed result where Liverpool defeat Brighton & Hove Albion (but absolutely only by one goal).

In Skipwith's world, everybody wins...
... apart from fans, media out of the loop, the gamblers being exploited and the integrity of the game.

Of course, the Football is Fixed Network pay others to watch the matches on our behalf as the visuals are immensely revealing in football compared to other very fixed sports like horseracing or snooker or cricket.

When Joe Hart was on one, fans knew it.
When Mike Dean is fluttering around, we know the score.
When a high percentage of the mistakes that lead to goals are made by clients of a small number of agents or players who are third party owned, the analyst knows that the fixing is systemic.

Fake commentary inputs can only disguise these crimes for a while and the corrupt implementation of VAR will eventually result in the refereeing body being fully exposed as a criminalised body that it has been since Riley took over.

Last season, the EPL was systemically fixed.
So is this season.
And this season the corruption template is more extensive and more robust.

Liverpool were always going to win the Premier League in 2019/20 because when you accumulate all the legal marginal gains and sum them with the bigger body of illegal ones, you gain success.
Like with Team Sky in le Tour de France, the titles are gained but they are tainted and temporary as in the end, all corruption will be Lance Armstronged.

Integrity Man, what are your views of criminalised marginal gains?

************************************************************************

Question Thirteen:

On the very central role of mafia in all aspects of the Premier League

"I am told that myself and my network should be careful as we are being spied upon. 'Don't trust anyone, not even your colleagues', they say. Then there are the threats, the pitiful hacking and murder attempts that are aimed to act as a Chinese water torture - drip, drip, drip..."

"A whistleblower is killed slowly, day after day, before bombs explode or cars are crushed. The mafia never kills non-mafiosi just for vendetta. There is always another reason - to eliminate a person who has discovered something that must not be discovered."

"Who are these men of the state who, by negotiating with mafia, have allowed them to take control of football. The state doesn't want whistleblowers investigating their crimes. They hate us.  But the state plays a dangerous game - when a mafia infects a state, it is a cancer and a mafia state is always the creation."

"We now live in a mafia state - a state that, in order to preserve the status quo, has to remove whistleblowers who want justice. Why is the state so weak that it becomes an accomplice in systemic crime?"

"We must rebel against this system and this mafia method."

Like Nino Di Matteo, Daphne Caruana Galizia, Julian Assange, Jan Kuciak and Victoria Marinova, the Football is Fixed Network stand up against this mafia method...
... but, in future, we do so entirely from the underground.

Integrity Man, just fuck right off.
No questions asked.

************************************************************************

Question Fourteen:

On the helicopter occurrence that killed Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha a year ago

In three weeks time it will have been a year since the helicopter incident that killed Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and four others after the fixed BT Sport-covered match between Leicester City and West Ham United refereed by Michael Oliver.

Two key aspects stand out over this event.

Firstly, having spoken with pilots, aircraft engineers, the intelligence community contacts in our network and military specialists, there is widespread incredulity at the official story that there were issues with the helicopter and that these deaths were an accident - and one of these individuals has worked with Jim Swire on the Lockerbie bombing and previously designed aircraft engines for Rolls Royce so we are not talking conspiracy theory here.

Secondly, the betting market control of Leicester City games had been coordinated since 2015/16 by a small cartel until just prior to the fatal match against West Ham United when the entire market infrastructure fell to bits. Considering the sheer volume traded on Leicester City matches, the loss of market control was a major financial hit. The Football is Fixed Network believe that the warfare over betting market control was a contributory input to this affair.

Integrity Man, it would help if the report into the aircrash might happen this side of Armageddon. But will you undertake to explore the other narratives regarding this dreadful crash? And, after Emiliano Sala's fatal plane crash related to illicit intermediaries and half-cocked regulations, will you endeavour to move football away from these concentric mafia circles and return the sport to its rightful place in society?

And, Integrity Man, the Guardian newspaper and John Colquhoun worked very closely on the regime change at Leicester City where Claude Puel was given agent-led player underperformance so that Brendan Rodgers could be stolen from Celtic. As the betting markets linked to Leicester City have continued to be "interesting" post-coup and given your fortuitous links, perhaps you could try and solve how the outcomes of the Foxes games are always known pre-match?
Could you do that for football, Integrity Man?

************************************************************************

Question Fifteen:

On the extensive corruption in the transfer market, the increasing presence of third party ownership, the creation of new agencies for specific purposes and how hidden ownership of players solicits matchfixing

As we touched on above, Third Party Ownership (TPO) is a real issue.

Markets depend on efficiency - the belief that all information is reflected in a price.
This is not the case in a corrupt market.

If Liverpool are definitely going to beat Brighton & Hove Albion by one goal to nil then there are a whole load of markets that should be priced as certainties.

Similarly, but to a different template, with the transfer market.

Skipwith's paper repeatedly shows how to inflate the transfer fees of clients from Key Sports Management, Base Agency, Unique Sports Management and Stellar by using newspaper output.
The transfer market is hence made inefficient for proprietary benefit.

But these two corruption templates merge with TPO.

When the ownership of a player is invisible then we have a problem.
The vast majority of TPO players engage in matchfixing on behalf of their 'owners'...
... who are, of course, invisible.

So, when █████ █████ lets in the goal, we know it is an 'error created by the market' but we don't know who is profiting to what degree or in which offshore centre or mafia state the money will eventually be laundered.

TPO is akin to tax evasion - it is underground, non-democratic and destroys whatever it was leeched from - a country, a business, a league, a club, a sport...

Integrity Man, we understand that you developed a real interest in the area of TPO when theGuardian was avidly promoting Jadon Sancho after he had been stolen from Manchester City and prior to his new representation by the Elite Project Group.

So, Integrity Man, as CEO of the EPL will you say no to TPO?

************************************************************************

Question Sixteen:

On the issue of club owners who are neither fit nor proper

A club only has as much integrity as its owner.

There is both an absence of any meaningful Fit & Proper Person Test (FPPT) for club custodians in the Premier League and there is an equivalent absence of any obstructive regulation between a club owner and a variety of corruptions.

Matchfixing is a given if the club owner is a bookmaker or a high stakes professional gambler who runs a betting consortium for other Premier League entities, for example.

If there are no FPPTs then the efficiency of  the transfer market becomes distorted by private concerns (with appropriate media backing of the sort Slipwith's newspaper provides), and the result is backhanders and kickbacks as agents and owners lubricate revenue flows accordingly - as a Blackpool FC fan it was disappointing to hear that such practices are already surfacing at the Seasiders post-Oyston.

Many of these corruptions lead to money laundering and offshore activities that privatise the status of the game into criminalised tax evasion spheres.

Integrity Man, unless gambling interests are removed from Premier League football, the game is up.

If club owners engage in insider trading and offering brokerage facilities for other insider traders then there are numerous occasions where the financial requirements of the owner are at odds with the fan.
You have dealt closely (yet obviously unknowingly) with individuals who are involved in systemic matchfixing so it would be facile for you to create an overview of how to address rogue owners undertaking matchfixing.

The question is, Integrity Man, will you fucking well do it?

************************************************************************

Question Seventeen:

On the widespread prevalence of doping in the EPL

In the football season after Skipwith became chief executive of theOrwellian, Leicester City robbed the Premier League title via extensive doping (Dr Mark Bonar, MAPEI, Team Sky-influenced) and the most biased refereeing that our analysts have witnessed in any major football league as far back as our records go - see The End Of Play (Extra Time).

UK Anti Doping is pro-doping...
... or, rather, pro-looking the other way while doping becomes systemic.

Insiders like doping because it rigs markets unbeknown to non-insiders.
Football teams like doping as it provides a competitive advantage.
Media like doping as it enhances the action if players are running around like headless chickens.
And big pharma likes doping because it creates markets for their illicit products - remember Bayer Leverkusen and the Champions League Final year.

But doping is anti-sporting.
In the last round of Champions League group games, Slavia Prague (by no means a young side) covered 128 kilometres in their game while Paris St Germain ran just 105 kilometres in their match - that equivalenced to every one of the outfield Slavia players covering 22 metres more every minute than PSG ones.
How?
Perhaps CITIC or Sonobo (Slavia's owners) know?

Doping is rampant in the Premier Leaguetoo and is accepted as a legitimate form of advantage by the powers-that-be because doping is highly regressive - it is the richest teams that have bespoke doping, not Buxton Town.

For a start, Integrity Man, perhaps you could explain why the player and team yardage covered figures for the Premier League are regarded as a trade secret with none of the media sharing this data with their audience or readership?
Why can't we see the variation in yardage covered by Jamie Vardy over a season?

You're not going to bother doing anything to stop doping either, are you Integrity Man?

"The state, any state, allows corruption to proceed if the internal gross profits related to the corruption exceeds the losses to the Treasury" - that was the holistic advice of my late lawyer David McNeight when we confronted George Osborne (then Chancellor of the Exchequer) over his knowledge of corruption in British football and those weird little payments to Chinese entities. It remains a minor source of joy and comfort that our network helped this unpleasant little man out of politics.

So, take horseracing - when we approached British Horserace Betting Levy Board chief executive Rodney Brack with evidence of corruption in British racing in the mid-nineties, it was made very clear to us that the state profited from gambling and that it would not be in our interests to continue our research.

The same variety of implied threats followed our disclosures about Osborne.

Given Skipwith's close ties with the intelligence community while at the Guardian, we make the assumption that Integrity Man is acceptable to the state.

Integrity Man, on the whole would you agree that mafia state structures are anti-democratic and strip any vestige of essence from any reality? And, Integrity Man, if football is to be slaughtered on the altar of underworld profits can we at least have a government anti-corruption entity that maintains some semblance of sporting competition among the mafia strategies?

Football is Fixed Network - Check Bucuresti Server

Anyway, further to redacted above, here is the initial article: see - Happy Anniversary To Roy Hodgson
And note that this match occurred a decade ago this month.

Corruption is deep-rooted in the Premier League.
And yet not once in the last ten years has the Guardian gone anywhere near disclosing these massive corruptions of which the paper has ended up being a corrupted part.

Integrity Man must be proud of his work.
David Skipwith Pemsel is exactly what the Premier League doesn't need.

************************************************************************

Question Twenty:

On the robustness of the mafia template

Thanks to the exertions of █████ █████, we now have a firm foundation and baseline for future systemic football corruptions in the Premier League.

Even if the momentum existed in Skipwith's nature, it is very difficult to pull football back from the brink of obsolescence at EPL-level.

There exists a robust mafia infrastructure in place.

At the Guardian, intentionally or by extreme fluke, Mr Integrity skipped with the mafia.

Let us hope that that particular addiction is satiated by the time he shadows the Premier League.

But will it be so, Integrity Man?
We guess not.

The Unbearable Rottenness Of Corruption

On 11/11, the Football is Fixed Network will be 13 years old

Four Three Meetings and a Funeral

As part of the celebrations we're sharing this weekend's internal EPL Newsletter - each member of the Network contributes an overview of developments in their focus league and we share real-time analytics and inside information on football matches in those leagues too (we are not able to share these latter analytics, obviously)

FIF EPL Newsletter 8/11

1. VAR

After the Football Supporters' Association (FSA), and, separately, the southern and northern teams in the EPL met with Mike Riley to discuss correlations between PGMOB decision-making (including VAR) and betting patterns, presumably, there was a dearth of comment in the msm until, voila, the Telegraph tell us that Lee Mason made an 'error'VARing Brighton a fake victory against Everton. The markets were expecting an 'error' in Brighton vs Everton so this arbitrary selection of fake is evidently an attempt to deflect from the systemic corruption underpinning EPL.

As we have pointed out elsewhere, Riley met with Pep Guardiola and was shown 20 incorrect PGMOB decisions against Manchester City. Riley agreed that all were wrong calls. But where's the redress?

More importantly, where is the regulatory monitoring of the betting markets?
And why do bookmakers seek out insider trading if not to facilitate corruption?

The application of VAR by EPL& PGMOB has destroyed integrity of the English game just so some underworld shysters can make a mint.

They are taking the piss.

2. Sack Neil Swarbrick

Corrupt former referee Neil Swarbrick is John Colquhoun's place man as Head of VAR at PGMOB.

Swarbrick bears much responsibility for the farcical rule-bending, fake implementation, systemic corruptions and integrity violations that have been the hallmark of the introduction of VAR into the EPL.

It has not been such a shitfuckery freak show anywhere else.

Sack Swarbrick.
Sack Riley.

3. Liverpool vs Manchester City

Not a title-decider because the title is already decided but interesting for an array of reasons anyway.

When the Times newspaper released their exclusive that Liverpool had illegally accessed Manchester City systems seeking player performance and other proprietary data, there was a complete absence of comment from most msm. Liverpool had to pay City £1 million in settlement (without admitting liability, of course).

This is a major news story. Why no ongoing discussions? The msm is captured.

There is a continuing leak out of Manchester City and, as we exclusively exposed last season (all these exclusive articles are currently archived), there is a considerable edifice behind Liverpool FC including other teams, match officials, medical performance people and agents.

Wonder what Brendan Rodgers makes of all this?

4. Coleen Rooney 9 Rebekah Vardy 0

Military intelligence operators have rated Coleen Rooney's slaughtering of what was left of the character of Ms Vardy as "awesome counterintelligence" - the playing out of a creative strategy over time while managing an extensive fanbase while Ms Muggins walked right into it, was totally "awesome counterintelligence."

We have offered Coleen a job!

Funnier still are Rebekah's claims that she was hacked and we are supposed to believe that she has called in IT specialists to fudge her bitch.

Meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers this week announced some fake reason why Jamie Vardy turned down Arsenal...
... except that he didn't - Arsenal were never interested.
Wenger told us.

Just another Key Sports Management/ John Colquhoun Fake News Alert.

And talking of which...

5. Ralf Rangnick, Doping, Bayern Munich, Red Bull, Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp & Marc Kosicke

We disclosed on Twitter before the Champions League games this week that the four teams who had covered the greatest distance in the first stage of the groups were:

1. Slavia Prague (co-owned by Chinese government and Sinobo)
2. Bayer Leverkusen (backed by Bayer Pharmaceutical)
3. RB Leipzig&
4. Red Bull Salzburg (part of the Red Bull fizz).

And in this week's matches...

Slavia drew in Barcelona, Leverkusen beat Atletico Madrid, RB Leipzig won in Zenit St Petersburg and Red Bull Leipzig drew in Napoli.
Slavia covered 14 kilometres more than Barcelona!

How do these teams cover such excessive distances?
Where is WADA?

Ralf Rangnick is Head of Sports & Development at Red Bull.
He is loved by corrupt people at the Guardian newspaper.

This week Bayern Munich turned down an approach from Marc Kosicke (Rangnick's agent) to try and get Rangnick short-listed for the Bayern manager's post. We have been told that Rangnick isn't wanted as the Red Bull style of sport does not fit with FC Bayern.

The Guardian, who are keen to get Rangnick into the EPL, ran a headline claiming the exact opposite - that Rangnick had turned down Bayern.

Fake again.

Marc Kosicke also represents Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp - a man who understands doping in all its guises.

We tell you, folks, Football is Fixed.

6. Lionesses, Mafia & the Mainstream Media

Two years ago, a member of Football is Fixed was approached by Luke Heighton, an investigative journalist from the Telegraph.

In his attempt to seduce us, he provided an exclusive that four members of the England Lionesses were represented by an agent who is banned worldwide from all football activities after having been exposed as a mafia man when in control of AC Monza in Italy.

The Telegraph editor refused to run the story as the Lionesses were a feelgood narrative to be promoted.

As with the Allardyce exposes (also squashed from full impact by the Telegraph) and like the Dr Mark Bonar Leicester City doping exclusive at the Times, these stories have to be terminated. This type of news cannot be known.

Just like the systemic matchfixing.

Still...
... good to know that there are a variety of mafia entities hovering around the Lionesses as they take on Germany at the Food Mall today.

7. Roy Hodgson & Crystal Palace

The fact that apartheid-sanction busting money head thug Roy Hodgson is still in work is indicative of the state of the English game...
... he should have been sacked after we exposed the fixed EPL match between Fulham (where Hodgson managed) and Wigan 10 years ago last week - see  Happy Anniversary to Roy Hodgson

I received threats from John Colquhoun over exposing this Fulham v Wigan fix.

But given that a legacy is being cooked up for the man, why do we have to put up with such excessive PGMOB bias in favour of Crystal Palace?

Palace were the most favoured team in the EPL in 2017/18, the 4th most favoured last season and the most favoured again this season...
... except that this year Palace are receiving the most bias of any team in the top four European leagues.

Penalty for Palace has become a sub-section of the PGMOB.

8. Even Worse Than Palace Is The Current Brighton & Hove Albion Regime

Several members of our Network have been approached by former employees of Brighton & Hove Albion since we revealed systemic matchfixing of games involving club owner Tony Bloom and the perverse role played by his Starlizard betting unit.

Ground staff are taking the club to court. Other former staff are considering their options.

We helped Gus Poyet with his grievances and his successful court case against Bloom's mode of business and we always try to aid integrity in the psycho-world of the EPL.

It's good to talk.

And best of luck with all that reputation management, Mr Bloom...

Fans in 2019: "The league table never tells the truth."

Introduction

At the biannual Premier League meeting this week, the multi-millionaires and billionaires whose wealth derives from sucking all the value and integrity out of top tier football will vote themselves good marks for their role with corrupting VAR in the systemic matchfixing that has become the foundation of the self-styled "world's greatest league".

This self-assessment is fake beyond belief.

When Serie A introduced VAR, refereeing errors that changed the match outcomes happened only once in 20 matches as opposed to every third game prior to video technology.

The Premier League/PGMOB version of VAR has deteriorated an already corrupted infrastructure still further...
... 2019/20 is the most corrupt EPL season yet thanks to the deliberate abuse of VAR.

And this is also the first Premier League meeting since Integrity Man was installed as chief executive...
... Integrity Man is neither fit nor proper - see here  20 Questions For Integrity Man

Those behind these nonsenses have enough critical mass control at both IFAB and the Premier League to prevent changes to the way VAR is being deviated for their private enhancement.

And it does work for them.

It works for them with insider trading the corruption in the betting markets.
And it ruins the integrity of the competition to their proprietary benefit.

This season, without rogue decision-making by the PGMOB officials, Manchester United would be in 17th place on 10 points with Crystal Palace bottom on 6...
... instead they sit 7th and 12th respectively (which is great for Hodgson's legacy and the puppet-masters behind Solskjaer and for those who insider trade on their games).

Meanwhile the whole league's reputation lies in tatters as Manchester City should be just 2 points behind Liverpool - see  EXCLUSIVE: Lizards, Lacertae & Liverpool

Archive & History

We wish to make some comments and ask some questions.
But we don't wish to cover old ground.
So at the conclusion of this article are 20 historical Football is Fixed articles relating to VAR and the PGMOB.

And here is a link to our overview of VAR and corruption at the PGMOB:

The VAR Room - The Twilight Zone Where All Future Premier League And FA Cup Matchfixing Will Be Orchestrated
__________________________________________________________________

Some Comments

1. The mainstream media repeatedly report that VAR isn't working or is failing in some manner.
It does work.
It works well.
The failure lies with the PGMOB match officials who are implementing these fake decisions.
This is ruination by human, not machine - but a bad workman always blames his tools.
And, with perspective, the PGMOB is full of tools.

2. Sack the PGMOB's chief executive Mike Riley and Neil Swarbrick (the Head of VAR).
The criminalisation of the Premier League has accelerated under Riley's lack of stewardship while Swarbrick has compromising links that should not be allowed in such a position.

3. When an entity becomes suddenly chaotic, fraud forensics demands that we determine who (within the game) is benefiting from these orchestrated catastrophics.
And.
We find.
Everybody is losing aside from some corrupt match officials, some insider traders, certain other market making professionals and the captured media and institutions whose head-burying enables this systemic matchfixing.

Outside of the sport the only winners are mafia.

4. For Thursday's meeting, the Premier League/PGMOB are going for the Ukrainian-Trumpian "everything is fine, nothing to see here" strategy of defence and have even allowed a confession of a mistake in VAR with Brighton's winning goal versus Everton.
That 'error' wasn't to do with the needs of those behind select betting patterns then?

Yet we report elsewhere on the 20 key match decisions that Mike Riley admitted to Pep Guardiola that the PGMOB had got wrong to Manchester City's detriment.

These 'mistakes' (sic) with VAR are systemic not specific.

5. The PGMOB insists on referees signing NDAs in return for hush money on retirement - only Mark Halsey has refused the offer.

Yet BT Sport, due to their dovetailed linking to the PGMOB, allows compromised former referees to defend the present day corruptions.

It's an Orwellian loop of corruption is BT Sport...
... and the PGMOB would not allow referee exposure if it didn't suit their purposes.
__________________________________________________________________

Some Questions

1. Why are the fake match decisions (made both as referee and VAR) by a certain inner very Select Group of PGMOB officials correlated with the requirements of certain betting market professionals?

2. Does this happen by magic?

3. Of the 55 live televised matches (the matches with the largest global betting volumes), 47 have been VAR-officiated by a small inner group of just 9 match officials. Why?

4. The PGMOB only agreed to bring in the pitchside tv monitors when Football is Fixed pointed out their requirement under IFAB rules. Why are these monitors now ignored? Why the lip service to rules to suit the internal Stockley Park template?

5. At one window this season, Mike Dean was either referee or in the Stockley Park VAR hub for a run of 12 out of 19 Premier League games.

How did that happen?

Mike Dean has form.
Lots of it.

On two other occasions, Michael Oliver was referee for both the 12:30 GMT BT Sport fraud and the 17;30 Sky one, and, on each occasion the 15:00 EPL kick offs were rife with refereeing roguery.
Why are these structures allowed?

Nobody else runs their league like this, so why the EPL?

6. And, finally, why did an entity linked to mobsters change their name from PGMOB to PGMOL just at the very moment those mobsters took control?

Archive

We have been considerably ahead of the curve on video technology and corruption at the PGMOB.

For over a decade we have been campaigning for the introduction of technology to undermine this corruption...
... instead the Premier League and PGMOB have conspired to create a version of VAR that appears to have been developed for maximum financial gains by the matchfixing mafia who are destroying the game.

Here are a couple of tweets that remain relevant and links to an archive of 20 articles covering VAR and the PGMOB.

Appendix

On January 27th 2018 after the matchfixing of a game between Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion, we tweeted:

VAR will not reduce matchfixing without: 1) managerial reviews of decisions (as in tennis & cricket) & 2) referee & VAR on open microphone so we can hear how the decision is reached (as in rugby & cricket). Otherwise it is a scam - an attempt to validate the corruption.

And at the beginning of this season, we posted on Twitter:

The #PremierLeague version of VAR is primed for corruption. The whole process is murky. #EPL#VAR is already enhancing matchfixing & increasing the number of fake outcomes. We expect this to continue... ... particularly with former rogue ref Neil Swarbrick as Head of VAR.

How Many People Own A Slice Of The Southgate Pizza?

$
0
0
This week a reserve team player who has played barely 90 minutes for his club this season and who hadn't played for his country for thirteen months achieved wall-to-wall mainstream media coverage over an incident as inconsequential as you might wish to create, so minor that even his own club and international team-mates say that this is commonplace in football and should be kept within the squad circle and not aired publicly.

But aired publicly it was, ad fucking nauseum.

Joe Gomez, the player in question is represented by John Colquhoun's Key Sports Management.
Mr Colquhoun has issues with Raheem Sterling from the Aidy Ward era - Sterling faced down Colly Boy's weird business strategies and hasn't been forgiven.

So a no-brainer for Colquhoun...

But.

Why did Gareth Southgate make this minor spat public?
Who else influenced that choice?
When did Southgate make the decision that Gomez would play a part in the game - prior to the inflated spectacle or because of it?
Did any money change hands between any agent and any other representative relating to this peripheral news?

And, no doubt, in a world of pseudo-fake, Joe Gomez will be worth more in the transfer market because of this charade.

Peripheral stories to sell papers and secure profits...

Southgate's squad selection is biased tilted owned impacted by a small grouping of agents with 6 of the current England squad being represented by Stellar, for example (including all three goalkeepers - Stellar also represent 1st choice Scottish keeper and 1st and 2nd choice Welsh which might be a problem if either of the owners were professional gamblers, which, of course, they are).

Not so long ago, Colquhoun also represented all three England squad goalkeepers (under McClaren), and that ended badly with Wally-with-the-Brolly-gate and Scott Carson's mistake.

And this ownership of England squad players by a small fragmented cartel of agents is consolidated by hidden representation.

There is an invisible market in football which is never addressed in the mainstream media...
... it is the underground market where agents and intermediaries trade players between their agencies like pieces of meat with multiple and third party ownership being the norm in this infrastructure.

New agencies are established and the key players like Colquhoun are now known to be behind tens of different firms in partial or complete ownership (or other suitable linkage).

The opacity regarding ownership of players needs to be addressed.
Mind you the opacity relating to club owners needs sorting too.
And referee selection.
And doping.
And insider trading.
And matchfixing.

And the British sports media is nothing if not opaque.

Anyway.
That's an aside.

The key question here remains...

... How Many People Own A Slice Of The Southgate Pizza?

The League Table Always Lies

$
0
0

This was the weekend when VAR was supposed to be used professionally and with integrity by the pgMOBsters who officiate our Premier League games.

Mike "Kipper" Riley, the CEO of the pgMOB, told us improvements were about to happen.
Neil "Kickback" Swarbrick, the Head of VAR, praised himself and predicted a 9/10 just around the corner.

And instead we got...
Fake VAR in favour of Liverpool, denying Palace a point.
Fake VAR removing Raheem Sterling's goal for Manchester City.
A whole collection of fake nonsense against Arsenal by Attwell of the pgMOB.
Mike Dean with his own take on reality in Brighton vs Leicester.
Bizarre interpretations of the rules by Hooper & Mason at Bournemouth vs Wolves.

In Italy's Serie A after the introduction of VAR, just one in every 20 matches had the result altered due to refereeing errors.

In the Premier League this season, nearly 30% of games have had referee/VAR-error induced fake outcomes.

When any of our network undertake consultancy work at clubs we always introduce the concept of the Real League Table - adjusted for the inputs of fake officials.

It used to offer competitive advantage but most clubs do it now - Bournemouth, for example, use it to determine the 'real' quality of the opposition as opposed to the version offered by the 'actual' league table.
It helps with tactics and strategy.

Let's see the Real League Table after 128 games (a third of the season):

1. Manchester City 13-31
2. Liverpool 13-31
3. Chelsea 13-26
4. Arsenal 13-26
5. Leicester 13-24
6. Burnley 13-21
7. Wolverhampton 13-21
8. Sheffield United 12-18
9. West Ham United 13-18
10. Tottenham 13-17
11. Bournemouth 13-17
12. Brighton 13-15
13. Everton 13-15
14. Newcastle 12-15
15. Aston Villa 12-11
16. Norwich 13-11
17. Manchester United 12-10
18. Southampton 13-10
19. Watford 13-9
20. Crystal Palace 13-7

In the top four European leagues, no leading team had been targeted as heavily as Manchester City...
... and none has been so favoured as Crystal Palace.

The League Table Always Lies.

There should be serious questions in the media about Solskjaer and Hodgson rather than the focus on pseudo-journalism elsewhere.

Riley & Swarbrick should be sacked and the police called in.

But the Premier League systemic corruption template is on borrowed time now that Arsene Wenger's new role at FIFA gives him oversight of IFAB and the rules of the game.

Kipper Riley is to meet Wenger soon and schadenfreude will be on the menu both for the stolen EPL title in 2015/16 and for all of the matchfixing against Arsenal while Wenger lit up the English game.

EXCLUSIVE: Cooking The Books - How A Triptych Of UK Agents Engender Matchfixing

$
0
0
Strewth! - A Fixed BT Sport Televised Premier League Match Not Under BT Sport Control!

When Mourinho took Spurs to that weird grassed area where West Ham United play their home matches, there was considerable early market insider trading against the man in his first game back in the Premier League.

Patsy fools internal to BT laundered previous illicit profits onto the Hammers only to discover that Jose was entirely in control of the event.

Roberto, the West Ham United goalkeeper, is represented by Mariano Aguilar owner of the eponymous M.AG. Mr Aguilar is closely associated with Doyen Sports. Doyen Sports are very closely associated with Gestifute. And Gestifute are Mourinho's pimps - if you wish to trace this chain yourself, this article is a good place to begin  Mariano Aguilar & Doyen Sports

Roberto was poorness personified in the match letting in the three goals that killed off the game with his superficial performance deciding the outcome.

After the West Ham v Spurs game, interactions took place to discuss manners in which the systemic matchfixing template that currently underpins the Premier League might be corrupted more extensively and internally for proprietary profits in the period ahead using similar templates.

There's no loyalty between mafia thieves as they function as a fragmented cartel sharing strategies when it suits the systemic corruption overall but fighting over turf the rest of the time.

Anyway.

The discussions were between 'associates' from three gambling agents (two of whom are linked) and we understand that decisions were taken to influence the outcomes of EPL games and Championship games.

But who could those agents be?

Recipe For Corruption

Use players to corrupt events.
Influence these match outcomes to private agendas.
Generally these agendas are related to insider trading on the betting markets as, in the holistic, the amount earned from the corruption must more than offset the deterioration in market value of the player making the 'mistake', but player underperformance is used for managerial regime change too (see below).
The insider trading is carefully placed to avoid alerting the markets.
We had to work hard to detect it.

Data

To assess whether these corruptions came to pass, we need an external neutral source for the data.

So we used the data available at 'Who Scored?' to list the 'Errors leading to Goals' in the Premier League in the last four rounds of matches.

There have been 16 such errors.

Here they are with a brief description and the agent name in brackets (if we think it might be of relevance).

1. Everton v Norwich - Gylfi Sigurdsson (Stellar) mistake leading to second Norwich goal in 2-0 defeat. Who Scored? rated him the worst player on the pitch.

2. Sheffield United v Manchester United - Phil Jones (Key Sports) presents the first goal to the home team before being substituted at half time while Simon Moore (Key Sports) gifts Man Utd their third goal in a heavily matchfixed 3-3 draw. By far the two poorest players on the pitch according to Who Scored?

3. Burnley v Crystal Palace - Nick Pope (Stellar) makes error leading to opening goal with first shot on target on the stroke of half time. Lets both on-target shots in during 0-2 defeat and was the poorest player according to Who Scored?. Ben Mee was also at fault for the second goal.

4. Liverpool v Brighton - A fixed match saw red card for Alisson and an error from his replacement Adrian in a market-orientated Tony Bloom event.

5. Southampton v Watford - Jack Stephens (Stellar) is the culprit for the opening goal of the game although Southampton rebound to win anyway. Stephens was the joint lowest rated Who Scored? player.

6. Norwich City v Arsenal - Christoph Zimmermann (Unique Sports) inexplicably basketballs the ball away in Freddie Ljungberg's opening game as Arsenal manager to provide a penalty equaliser when the Gunners confidence was low. Arsenal grab a 2-2 draw.

7. Manchester United v Tottenham - Paolo Gazzaniga dived all around Marcus Rashford's 6th minute strike in 2-1 defeat.

8. Liverpool v Everton - Jordan Pickford (Stellar) took to the media ahead of this game to tell us how he was fighting for Marco Silva to keep his job as Everton manager but, according to our source, he actually was not so focused on this outcome. So when Pickford made errors and let in all 5 shots on target achieving the lowest Who Scored? EPL player rating of the season, it wasn't a surprise. Neither was the sacking of Silva the following day. Job done.

9. Sheffield United v Newcastle - In a tight game Dean Henderson (Stellar) let in the first two shots on target in 2-0 home defeat - he was the Who Scored? lowest rated player in the match.

10. Tottenham v Burnley - Nick Pope (Stellar) pontificated letting in 5 of the first six shots on target in a 0-5 defeat where he was the lowest rated Who Scored? player.

11. Norwich v Sheffield United - A mistake by Mario Vrancic led to a 2-1 defeat for the Canaries.

12. Brighton v Wolves - Another internal Bloom matchfixing event with crazy errors from Davy Propper and Rui Patricio along the way. Rumoured to be a two-for-two event but now we've announced it publicly, the return match could be anything. The job's a good 'un though.

And when you trace further back into the season, the percentage of match-changing errors made by the likes of Tyrone Mings (Key Sports), Pickford, Henderson and the like is far higher percentage-wise than should be the case - it is statistically significant.

And the template extends to the Championship.

If one takes another metric of goalkeeper performance and apply it to the Championship, the same agents stand out.

If one records the number of occasions this season that keepers concede over 60% of the shots on target in Championship games, only 7 players have achieved this feat on four or more occasions:

Randolph of Unique Sports and Middlesborough, Rudd of Stellar and Preston and Long of Key Sports and Hull City are three of them. Two others are █████ █████ █████  and another was previously represented by one of our trio.

So what?

It isn't just that over 50% of the errors have been made from players represented by the triumvirate of Stellar, Key Sports and Unique.
It isn't just that these errors were result-changing or insider trader-influenced or both.
It doesn't matter that Marco Silva lost his job due to corruptions perpetrated against his interests.
It doesn't even matter that Stellar represent all three current England goalkeepers (Pope, Pickford and Henderson).
Or that they also represent the 1st choice Scotland goalkeeper David Marshall.
Or that Stellar have signed up the 1st and 2nd choice Wales keepers while the two Irish national keepers are represented by Unique Sports and Key Sports.
It doesn't matter that this is producing proprietary matchfixing layered on top of the systemic in the Premier League and control of the outcomes of international matches.
Nor does it matter that these mistake-prone players are non-meritocratically elevated onto the international stage.
It doesn't even matter that BT Sport were patsies on their own event nor that they have lost their EPL CEO placeperson David Skipwith Pemsel for integrity violations on the fake character they created for the man.
No.
None of this fuckin' matters.

What matters is that this is the end of your sport.

Agents are matchfixing games to money launder previous winnings in order to reinvest such insider traded booty in both legal and illicit player representation (third party ownership) which produces profits that need to be laundered via future matchfixing, which is engendered by coerced players making 'mistakes' in insider traded events etc etc ad finitum - the Death Spiral of Marginally Gained Corruptions!

Unless a Labour government is elected tomorrow, football in this country is dead.

The sport will however remain a spectacle and Gary Lineker will still don underwear on Match of the Day to celebrate the landing of another systemic corruption involving Leicester City and every passing game will spiral up the histrionic scale of 'best ever', 'greatest ever', 'unbelievable' as fortunes are made out of your sport being turned into a casino.

But the match outcome will always be in certain dark pool betting markets pre-match...
... and that is the very definition of matchfixing.

That's the choice when it comes to footie.

Mafia, matchfixing, corrupt media, money laundering and misery...
... or proper regulation of agents and betting markets, the outright banning of insider trading, fan representation on club boards, a regulatory body to undermine corruption in UK football, a functioning anti-doping agency, a fruitful fit-and-proper-person test that filters out psychopathy rather than inviting it in and, most importantly, the chance for the most beautiful sport to rediscover its beauty.
